I understand that we are a fast paced and often faceless society with our mobile orders and demand for instant service. However, when I place a mobile order ahead of time, my expectation is that it be ready within the 3-8 minute window offered up upon receipt of payment. This particular store has been slow in the past, but that was nothing compared the delay experienced this morning. 20 minutes after my order was placed I still had no food. Fortunately, I was able to contact customer service via telephone and was able to get a refund for my purchase. I don’t know if it was a staffing issue or poor employee performance that caused the delay. I understand that things can get busy and the unforeseen can occur. However, that’s where customer service comes into play. Had the woman at the cash register been even remotely sympathetic and apologetic, I likely would not be leaving this review now (the gentleman who made my coffee was lovely and very apologetic). Needless to say, this store has lost my business. I doubt that the loss of my business will have much of an impact, but as a consumer, that’s the only power I have. Then I was rudely told cranberry bliss bars can not be heated. Then I was almost charged 27 dollars by this young Asian man. I want management to know how terrible the customer service is given by this young Asian man who was working on November 20th at 3:30pm. Please coach him that people are allowed to substitute milk for any drink at Starbucks. I have never been treated so coldly so unfriendly so unwelcome and had such difficulty placing a simple drink order that I ended up just canceling the whole thing. Coach your team or you will continue to lose...
Read more4 is correct, however I'd say it should be lower than 4.3. Spacious but cold near the windows, which is where most seats are located. If McDonalds is beating you in that department and you're supposed to be a company from Seattle, somethings wrong. Don't get me started on your executives pushing "better wages for growers and employees" by passing that cost off on the customer, rather than their own astronomically large pockets. I've bought pesto and sundried fruit many times and it does not make your sandwiches worth $7.50. I know that your private jet flights and vacations make it worth that though. And the...
