Decent food and staff that requires training and some organizational skills. The food is just ok, the pizza is fine in a pinch, not bad but nothing special. Let's just say location is their greatest asset, in my opinion.
Here is one experience to help explain my rating. I recently placed a simple order on the Slice App (1 Plain & 1 Buffalo Chicken pie) When I arrived to pick up the order, I told them my name. They started to frantically look around for my order, didn't tell me what was going on until some woman walked in noticeably disgruntled. She told them she worked for Uber eats and had been given the wrong order (which turned out to be mine) and was called back to the customer's house after the customer informed her that they received the wrong order. At this time, I was finally acknowledged for the first time since I had arrived. I was asked if I "wanted these or do you want to wait for new ones to be made" which is a hilarious question to ask in my opinion. I informed them I wanted new pies made. Although the other ones may have had a storied journey, they were probably cold and I wanted fresh ones made. Once again, hilarious question to ask. Now, I don't expect any handouts, but I worked in a few pizzerias in my younger years. It would have been a nice gesture to throw my wife and I a plain slice or a drink while we waited 20 minutes for them to fix the problem they created. They ended up rushing out 2 severely undercooked pies, that I checked in the store and just accepted knowing that it wasn't worth my time to complain. I was never rude and honestly just kept my mouth shut throughout the whole ordeal to see how it played out. It may have been because I made up my mind that this would be the last time I gave this place my business. They never once apologized or even really acknowledged they had made a mistake at all. Funny thing is, I was not the only person waiting for an order that had vanished. I hope they try to turn things around and I wish them luck. I know times are tough, but you need...

The owner at the pizzeria was treating my girlfriend unprofessionally. First by messing up her order, then being reluctant to fix the mistake. Instead he took the food from her suggesting to go elsewhere. His attitude was belittling and arrogant. He had no ambition to fix the problem or attempt to be apologetic. The manager also kept shooting looks at his waitress as if they were sharing a "rolling eye" moment.
The manager is completely arrogant and his comprehension toward customer service is as deep as a spoon. Based on that, I highly suggest simply googling other pizzerias in the area.
Advice to the manager if he reads this: Treat your LOCAL customers like gold and with a smile, not the s**t eating smirk you gave us. Also FOCUS on your work instead of staring at your waitresses. Perhaps you will not screw up your customer's orders. Besides no one likes a floury greasy creeper signing their check. Especially at a...
Read moreI'm a frequent customer of Rocco's and normally I have only good things to say. Their pizza is good. Maybe not the best I've ever had but that's a high bar to set and I'm comfortable saying that it's normally good Pizza. Don't know what happened on my last trip for pizza on 8/9/22 things did not go well. We ordered a thin crust Half sausage and half pepperoni. Got it home and the first thing we noticed is it was not thin crust. OK, mistake's happen. But the crust was dry and hard, we are fairly certain that this pie was sitting for a while and to fill our order they just added the toppings and shoved it back in the oven. Honestly we will use them again BUT if this occurs again we will find a new...
