Starbucks — Restaurant in Bedminster Township

If anyone is reading this you should write a complaint to Starbucks. I am so tired of the excuses. This Starbucks' hours online never match their actual hours. They now say that they are open until 4pm and I tried to comply and get used to that but now scheduled a meeting with a client today to take them for coffee at this starbucks at 2:30pm and the store has a handwritten sign saying they just decided to close at 2 today. I would rather this location close down than deal with the uncertainty and unprofessionalism of picking and choosing when they want to work. There is never an explanation and when I ask the staff, they say its due to low staffing and low payment rates. I'm not buying it anymore. I worked as a barista at the espresso bar in Nordstrom during major holidays and Black Friday with 3 or less people behind the counter and we worked efficiently and had minimal complaints. We worked a full day and never closed early. I am appalled at whoever thinks this is an acceptable way to run a business and if this continues, they should at least offer discounted coffee for the continued inconvenience until hours go...

The workers are always SO nice and kind, and especially helpful, as they were when I went today! I had just gotten home after picking up my coffee, and my large dog jumped up and knocked the cup outta my hand with his big ole head. I immediately went back and spoke to the people at the desk (& showed them the picture of the spilled drink) and they were so incredibly kind, remaking the drink for free!! I wasn’t sure if they would do so, since I had technically just made it home, but I was so grateful!! I really didn’t want to pay $14 for a cup of coffee, lol. they truly made my day, & their kindness will not be forgotten!! ❤️❤️

edit to add: it was also pretty busy- friday @ noon- and you could see everyone was clearly working hard. they were getting drinks out FAST- I hardly noticed the wait! I order here pretty often, and i’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes at peak. this is for sure my fav...

I’m a Starbucks coffeeholic. I tried all Starbucks all over New Jersey. Always ask for a simple latte 2%milk 2 pump of classic vanilla. Always D E L I C I O U S !! I found this little Starbucks in Bedminster Shopping Center. I went there happy. Approach to the cashier, Latino young lady, asking for my favorite latte. She was unfriendly, she didn’t say hello, and she didn’t asked for my name to receive my latte. Weird. Totally cold lady. My latte was sitting and I didn’t know it was ready. Nobody said is ready. So I taste it, didn’t like it at all , no the same flavor I use to. So I returned to the store and asked for a new one to the same cashier lady who was so unfriendly. I asked her why my coffee taste like Blonde and skim milk in a good manner, No response. I taste the second cup and it didn’t taste like my usual coffee . What’s going on there? Never...
