Saint Louis Kitchen (St Louis Kitchen on Natural Bridge) — Restaurant in Bel-Ridge

My 1st and my last except to get a exchange refund or exchange.....😲 OMG...HORRIBLE!!!!!!! #1. After calling all around to numerous other locations because this name seems to be popular....I got hung up on by a Asian man while asking questions....then called back got a sweet young lady.. #2. After awhile on the phone with her..she over charged me by $9 and some change....smh...after asking her twice if that was right and her saying yes...I asked her to make sure the full receipt was in my bag along with a menu and she said ok...I then told her that the price wasn't adding up right...we went over it...I was right.....she claimed that she put to many sodas in my order......REALLY.....$9 worth...ok.... After the correction....told her no onions and to make sure to place a menu in bag.....while waiting something told me to call back...glad I did....order was still wrong...would have had onions ...New lady on phone fixed it and I told her to make sure menu was in order...she said yes...LAST....😳No menu.....cold food....and nasty as hell only good thing was the crab ragoon...$25.42....would have came out better just throwing...

I wish I could give 0 stars for TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered 10 items for my employees, but when the ordered arrived, one item was missing - Hot Braised Chicken.

I called the restaurant to let them know, and they basically called me a liar. They told me they were “100% sure they put the Braised Chicken on the bottom of the box.” I proceeded to tell them that I, myself, gave the food to my agents, one by one, and the last agent did not have his food. I told them I emptied the box (they specified this four times to me), but it was not in the order. The Manager gets on the phone to tell me the same thing and once again, I told him that the item was not in the box. All they had to do was remake the food or refund me, but they would not do either. We went back and forth until I said thank you and hung up the phone.

This establishment is so cheap that they could not replace the order that was clearly not in the box. All my agents were with me and double checked the box to make sure nothing was in the box. Terrible, terrible...

Why is it so dirty? There’s junk in customer facing areas & I could bet if they were in a different neighborhood it would be cleaner. looking past the mess, there was medicine bottles all over the place. They cut the chicken in half and count it as an individual piece which is definitely not cool. The chicken had a funny taste & color to it. I ordered teriyaki chicken and assumed it would be boneless with rice but it was the same chicken pieces battered and deep fried tossed in sauce. The sauce was good. The vegetable fried rice had a lot of veggies at the top the rice could use some flavor sesame or five spice- my opinion. The St. Paul was good you can’t go wrong with an egg. I won’t be returning after seeing that they sit the chicken on the floor and who knows how long it’s been there what’s running around. I should have canceled the order then. The veggies were...
