Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Belgrade

Leaving the rest of this review for posterity. Dominoes has really improved on getting our orders correct so leaving a 2 star just isn't appropriate anymore. Appreciate your efforts.

I'm not sure why dominoes forgets the Buffalo sauce on my pizza but it is a consistent issue, even at other dominoes. I used to work for dominoes and I'm not sure why the easiest step is always missed.

Edit: reducing my review to 1 star. About the 6th time this establishment forgot to put the Buffalo sauce on my pizza, a manager or someone apologized and added a note to our account to not forget the Buffalo sauce. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be resolved and I am still paying for a product that is consistently delivered to me unfinished. I suppose that is on me. Fool me once and all that. They are always happy to fix it but the inconvenience of having to go to the store or have them remake the whole thing is outweighing the convenience of the delivery service.

When I worked for Dominoes we put a sticker on the boxes for what exactly should be in the box so when it is taken out of the oven the quality check could be properly done and it would be fit to send out. This dominoes chooses not to do that and it's lack of quality control is the consequence.

New update: after our pizza was incorrect tonight, my wife called to explain the situation and they had a new pizza delivered. Wouldn't you know it, THIS PIZZA WAS MISSING THE BUFFALO SAUCE TOO. HOW DO YOU GET ALERTED TO THE ISSUE AND CHOOSE TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN?!

We drove to the store with both pizzas and the gentleman who assisted us was extremely nice. He fixed the pizzas, was very apologetic, and gave us a credit for the future. The employees we have to speak to to get these mistakes corrected are always nice and are the only reason we continue to order here.

Here we are one year later and they still can't get an order right...

TL;DR: Expect long delays when ordering pizza via delivery. Food is good though! And the people working are usually really nice.

The long version: Because of labor shortage, ordering via delivery takes much longer than expected. A friend of mine ordered pizza and it took so long (over 3 hours). The store isn't even letting people know ahead of time if the order is going to get delayed. I'm also not sure how the delivery drivers operate these days, cause my friend was able to see where the pizza was going, and it wasn't going to his house. It's in a totally different neighborhood. It sorta seems like one person is making pizzas and then delivering them all in one go or something. I'm not sure, cause the store didn't communicate anything, even when we tried calling the store.

Aside from that, even though they're having a lot of trouble right now, I loved this location growing up. My previous experiences with them was always stellar, and I would never get pizza from any other place. The people were always great, and the delivery drivers were awesome. It's really sad to see how the new job situation, post-2020, changes everything though. So, even though having this bad experience might make me want to give the store a 1-star rating, I'm still giving it 3-stars cause the customer service used to be good. The food is still good. And I'm sure there are still good people that work there. Also, it's not like other people should expect to have the exact same experience my friend had.

Me & my family decided to meet there for a late lunch. There's was 10 of us, we ordered over $100 worth of pizza & drinks. My daughters birthday was a few days prior & some of my family members missed her party due to work schedules & illness, so they had brought their presents for her to lunch. Halfway through our meal, one of the employees comes over to our table & said next time we should really give them a heads up on a birthday party. It wasnt a party, we were simply meeting for lunch. Domino's in Belgrade has a fairly large dining area, & we took up one table. The lady was extremely rude & kept saying stuff about my family loudly in the kitchen area. Then as we were leaving, she was sitting out in her car, doing who knows what & giving me & my family dirty looks! It seemed like she'd rather be outside smoking in her car, than working. The tables were filthy, the bathrooms & floors were disgusting! Further more, no one came in to dine in while we were there! I'll never go back to Domino's in Belgrade, MT, & I will never...
