Be careful with the quality of the tres leches cake because it has gone WAY down. As you can see in the picture, only the top 1/4 has leche... AGAIN! You can clearly tell where the separation line is from the part of the cake that's soaked with leche at the top and the part that doesnt have leche at the bottom, especially when frozen. It feels like they're skimping out on the leche BIG TIME now, especially for pre-made cakes. The amount of leche they put on there was not even close to what it needed. They've done this to me twice now, once for Thanksgiving, which I thought may have been an accident and now another time last weekend. The most recent time I bought the cake, I specifically confirmed SEVERAL times the spelling of my son's name and they still spelled it wrong. That's just sloppy service. When the service is careless like that and then your get a cake with only 1/4 the leche for the second straight time, that's what made me leave them a 2-star review. As a business owner, I don't like leaving low reviews, but this really disappointed my family and I had to say something with the hope that someone on their management team sees this and makes the proper corrections to bring the quality of their tres leches cakes back up to their previous standards. I'll gladly adjust my review if things change...

If you're looking for good churros, this is definitely the place to go! Most recently began trying their cakes and they're also good. I rarely write reviews even for places that are great. What pushed me to write this review was their customer service and how personable they are - its not just about making money for them. I had ordered a wedding cake for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary which had to be cancelled due to a passing in the family. I cancelled the cake order with time, but due to the circumstances it took me months to go and claim a refund as I was supposed. Fast forward to when I finally got down to doing it, I was initially helped by Oscar and when he said he'd get back to me by a certain day/time and follow up with his boss, he always did! First review I've ever done and I can say this bakery is the most unorganized bakery I've been to that they don't even deserve the one star... I ordered a cake for my sons baptism and by 3pm the day of was suppose to be ready for pick up. When my boyfriend arrived for pick up they tried giving him a plain white cake, without the words and my sons picture that we had asked for. They had him wait 35 min till they finished the cake. When the cake arrived at the party I realized instead of God Bless they put GOOD BLESS. Also instead on Anthony ( in cursive ) they put " Anlhony ". For $95 this was unacceptable.. I give them credit for agreeing to a full refund ( after arguing with them for 15 min ) but I would never go back to this bakery or recommend them to anyone if they can't be organized enough to even...
