Boys Burgers 7 — Restaurant in Bell Gardens

I have lived in BG for over 30 years before Boys even opened. I was happy when it first opened and I thought the food was very good. About 15 years ago I stopped going because the food and the service had declined to a point where It was not worth going there any more. About 10 years after that I gave them another try and was happy that the old Boy's was back. Great food good service and the menudo was to die for again. Unfortunately the bad Boy's is back, but now with much higher prices and a surcharge for not carrying cash in a now cashless society. This was the last straw. I live 5 houses down the alley from there and they have lost my business for good. Waited too long, while other customers who ordered after me got their food. My food order was wrong. This place has great food and the service is great but the cooks constantly mess up my order. I typically call to make my order are usually in the morning for breakfast. The person on the phone is always courteous and nice. But the issue I have is occasionally the mess up my order. And when I say something to them the cook always denies it and says it’s not true. Not looking for them to give me my money back or make an order. Just take responsibility for what you’ve done which is a mistake and own up to it. And try not to do the same mistake. I know things happen. But don’t act like everything you do is perfect and you never make mistakes. The only reason I say I continue coming to this place as I stated. First off this is second time I come to this place and for a second time I get disappointed,now I wasn't going to post anything however being that I order simple hamburger special and that there was two customers behind me and they ordered more than I did and got their food first that got me a little upset.Now I thought to myself I knew I should have canceled my order when I saw the guy pull out the meat Patty and I saw Brown around it I should have just cancelled it but I didn't I gave it a shot cuz I was so hungry,but when I took a bite of that burger it was awful I honestly left it there in the table what a waste of money they knew something was wrong and they didn't come and approach me to tell me if they could help me some sort or make things right what a shame I believe the only way they get business is because there's a DMV across the street and there is nothing...
