How to even start.... I took my mom there and it was the worst decision of my life, Maria took our order on a nasty manner, I repeated my order several times her voice and her manners were just lazy rude, when we arrived to to the pick up window it was worse her posture, eye giving lazy rude not wanting to serve or at least give a fake smile, if proof were to be provided I'm pretty sure the video they have would show we were polite as heck, got my order wrong and politely told her, instead of saying my apologies for getting it wrong she gave us attitude as if I ordered wrong after repeatedly stating my order. I don't care spending 1000 on food what I do care is being treated with respect if I'm giving it 1000% even after her last attitude. It was a nasty experience. Felt as if I actually was begging for free food instead of being treated as a customer. And of course I as a son I won't ever forgive the way my mom...

I will never visit this location again, the woman that took my drive thru order apparently wasn't having a good day and was acting very cocky when asking me if I wanted S, M or large meal. When I preceded to the window I could see she was one of the managers. To me, she was better off staying home that day I just told her she was being rude and impatient and didn't buy my meal told her I didn't want anything from her restaurant and left. Bad behavior from an associate shouldn't be tolerated, customers are the reason why your doors are open. I didn't let the incident bother me and I just crossed the street and went to Starbucks on Barranca and the 10 Fwy. And had delicious fresh coffee and an equally delicious...

Worst experience at this restaurant so far. I've had bad experiences here in the past,but this was the worst yet. Placed a mobile order for pick up and arrived 10 mins after. Told them i was picking up on the drive thru and was asked to go to 2nd window. Once there i was handed a bag which i opened to find out it wasnt my food. The guy at the window was like "whats your order?", i said the mobile. He said we didnt send it to be made yet, ill do it right now. He then parked me which made me upset as everytime im parked it takes almost 10 mins to get my order. I went inside and let them know i was not sattisfied with the service and they said there was no manager available. Do not recommend this...
