Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Bell

You can tell there's no organization at this Popeye's. I've ordered the same items here on multiple occasions and they always seem to get something wrong with the order. Today it was an all-around failure. I ordered two 3-piece platters and a Chicken Sandwich, you know, those that everyone was fighting about when they first came out, hahaha.

I asked for a side of French fries and the employee informed me that they had run out of them. I later asked her to give me a cup holder for the two drinks that came with the order and the girl looked everywhere and they didn't have any. The manager informed another customer that they didn't have any forks either. Once I got home, I tasted one of the biscuits and it tasted sour and salty and the other one was visibly overcooked, but surprisingly that was the one that actually tasted like a biscuit. I almost forgot: the chicken sandwich. The bottom half of the bun had some spots that were ROCK hard with a weird looking pale spot in the middle of it. I'll leave a picture for everyone's viewing.

The last time I ordered the same items I was in the drive-thru. On that ocassion, I thought they got the order spot on, but once I got home, my spouse was very angry at the fact that she bit into a spicy drumstick. It turns out all the chicken was spicy and none of them were classic. She didn't eat any of it.

I promised myself and my spouse that today is the last time I'm ordering anything from this Popeye's. They seriously need to get their staff in order and get it done right or they're going to lose...

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST AND I MEAN WOOOORRRRSSSSTTT POPEYES !!! I ordered online to have my food handed as soon as I arrived here, which was 20 minutes, and they had me wait another 45!!!!!!!! But wait, there's more!! The 2 cars that arrived at the drive thru were told to wait at the front, why, you may ask?? So the restaurant's timer doesn't show how long they took!! They received their food first!! WHAT'S THE POINT OF ORDERING ONLINE!!?? Do they kill the chicken and take their feathers off here too?? Is that how fresh the chicken is here?? If that were the case, I wouldn't mind, but a whole hour of waiting time!! That's time I will NEVER get back, and all just because of some very NOT fast people!! Wow, would you look at that, another UBEr driver, just took their meal too!!!! This is so RIDICULOUS and INSANE!! But let me tell yall a little secret!! If you go to a fast food restaurant, and there is no line..... THAT'S A NO NO!! A BIG BAD FATT NO NO!! There's a reason to there being no line, it is NO GOOD!! I love this chicken but I didn't understand why they charged me so much for the 6pcs family meal that suppose to be $32.99 and I paid 47.99 because according to them I order 2 breast and it only comes with one. Ok, so if it came with one then I got 3 thighs that makes it 4 PCs + I wanted 2 breast extra and they charged me for them 2.99 each where are my other 2 PCs?? They said custom order 2 breast, so that's my other 2pcs but why charge me 2.99 each breast extra? So I paid $6.00 for each breast 😲!!! They really stuck it to me! How sad. The guy that helped me was very nice but didn't know how to explain the charge, then he called another girl. She was very nice but insisted that they were right and the $47 dollars was the right amount for what I got. So $6. 00 for chicken breast is too much. Hopefully someone from management can explain...
