I have gone here twice this month, the first time I had a bad encounter when I was trying to change my tickets for a prize. We waited behind people patiently then when it came to our turn the lady (Andrea) left us mid ways in the transaction to help a lady who just walked in, luckily management noticed & helped us. The second time I went was 8/22/23 I had the same lady as a cashier & she insisted on us getting their special. We ended up getting it & we tried to collect the 500 e tickets through the app which I scanned the receipt for & since I collected them my boyfriend was unable to. Later I tried to purchase a cotton candy to use the receipt to have my boyfriend scan it so that he could collect his 500e tickets but she refused to have me make the purchase & insisted on me bringing him physically to the register to scan his app. I didn't end up purchasing the cotton candy because of this, because I can easily scan the receipt through the app without needing to have him come to the register. He was uncomfortable going to the register to scan the app & I was upset at the fact she demanded me to go get him to physically come. Overall I had issues with the same cashier (Andrea) otherwise management was wonderful & the food was good along with the atmosphere....

I just went there today and felt ripped off. Andrea was taking my order she was just everywhere. I went in just trying to get 2 pizzas and two cards for 60 points each. She sold what she wanted, she threw me off in the package she was selling telling me the package came with a cake. I did not want a cake I told her she then said fine then the cookie I said no she ended up giving me 3 cotton candy. She also gave me 2 plastic cups which I didn't ask for. I thought she did it only to me but then I saw this family complaining that they paid almost $200 and got slices of cake and cups when they didn't ask for it. Since she was rushed she forgot to give me my play cards and when I went back she had a couple ahead of me and I just told her about my cards and she said to wait she then said she gave me my cards and I said no. So she Gave me 1 and went to the manager I believe and told him otherwise so at the end I get a card with 63 points and one with 30minutes. I also forgot to ask for 2 dip n dots and she tells me if you have cash I'll give you 2 for $7 when it's 1 for $7. They also have this new jumper thing that they charge $15 per child! With a pair of socks. Ridiculous. Will be going to John's...

Andrea the person taking our order was rude. She was rushing us and she would ask us a question we would answer her but I don't know if she can't hear us but we would have to repeat our selves constantly it felt that at the end she made the choices for our order. For example they have 60 Minutes cards so the kids can play she asked us if we wanted 2 cards with 30 minute we told her we want just one card with 60 minutes but she ended up giving us two cards with 30 minutes each we also asked for an extra cup even if we payed for it and we didn't get it. The food was ok the cheese sticks tasted plain the unicorn churos did not taste like churo it tasted like colorful sugar so we left them all there. We paid $150 for 1 hawaian Large Pizza, Wings breadsticks, churros, fries and four sodas an only 1hr and 30 minutes so my girls can play and I think the way the service and food was it was not...
