This place looks nice from the outside. Seems pretty well maintained based on the neighborhood it is located in. After parking and walking into the lobby I was received by an upset demanding man who seems to be the owner. I was having a bit of trouble locating my credit card that I had used to do the reservation via Hotwire. When I did locate that American Express card he seemed a bit confused about the card, perhaps thinking it was fake. Reason I assume that is because he asked for another Card for me to use instead of that one. I immediately let him know that I wasn't there to give anyone a hard time and that he shouldn't neither. I also stated that he can just return the money for the reservation to my card so I could go elsewhere. At this point he mentioned "Expedia" Hotwire had a no refund policy. His demeanor was very detrimental. His son later stepped in making things worst instead of helping the situation, as his character was just like his father's. Both tried to belittle me and as I didn't let it bother me the changed there conversation to one of there native language. Finally I called Hotwire to get this situation handled and I got my refund. I'm sorry but if you are disrespectful and biased against a race that pretty much keeps your business up and running since you are surrounded by them, then you do not deserve to own a business and let alone run it in the U.S.A and think you will get away with that type of treatment. I'm Hispanic and I also am an American Citizen. I just wonder how many other Hispanics or minorities they have done this to... Please if you are a minority do not provide this place with your hard earned money or time....
Read moreUpdate: have stayed at this Inn several times and enjoyed my stay, until today! My husband and I come here at least once or twice a month to relax in one of the Jacuzzi rooms. I always book the room through Expedia come in show exactly the same card that I always use with no issues. I have never came here and been treated so terribly upon check-in. The desk clerk / owner that was on duty on 4/13/ 2018 was horrible and disrespectful he acted as if he had a bias against my husband and I. He initially refused to take the debit card that I always use, he gave it back. I gave him a bank card and then when he requested another I was confused, he said we don't take these types of cards. I paid for my room and I've checked into this room many times with the same card why am I having an issue. This clerk watched my husband and I get out the car and then went into the office and helped us with a preconceived bias towards us and I can really honestly say I will never be back to this hotel again... terrible experience horrible service and customer service! Old review... I love this property. It's clean quiet and we'll managed. Staff is very respectful and friendly. However cleaning staff walked I to our room...

So easy. They clean your room daily if your there or aren't there that's prob the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars i don't like people going in my room when I'm not there i feel that's a violation of my privacy i like the fact they maintain it super clean but still. Also i didn't know they served breakfast 6am-9am daily until i checked out when i saw people getting breakfast.. i was never informed of this. But not seriously a big deal to be honest trash cans are alittle smaller then i would like and the walls don't seem to be so clean there are quite a few scuff marks around not sure why but it didn't matter to me very close to supermarkets and fast foods so eating will not be an issue. The room had a small/ conventional microwave and a small fridge which i definitely used thanks.. and each room has a it own air conditioner which is amazing definitely better then i expect will definitely stay here again if I'm in California again there's cameras everywhere so your cars and lifes are...
