Te Amo Pizza — Restaurant in Bell

II am a bit disappointed with this place. I went to have a pizza based on Google's reviews. I ordered a pepperoni pizza which flavor was not bad. But there were several slices that had only one or two pepperonis. I didn't order a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza. It was a turn off. I am giving them four stars because the girls offered good customer service. But, the people making the pizza need to be trained in how to make a pizza right. Too many pepperonis missing.

Update: I had originally given this place four stars, but now I am going to lower my rating just to two stars for the following reasons. I kept going back to this place because I liked their service and because they were making the pizza the way I ordered it. I explained to the employee that I wanted pepperoni all over the pizza because I have bought other pizzas at this location that had only one pepperoni on at least more than two slices . Everything was working out fine until the last time that I visited this place. As I was ordering the pizza one of the guys making the pizza overheard my conversation with the cashier an told her that they wouldn't be able to put pepperoni all over the pizza; then she said that if I wanted more pepperoni I had to pay extra. I don't understand why I should have to pay extra just to make a pizza made the right way. I went ahead and ordered it anyway just to find out how focus he was in making my pizza his way. When I got my pizza to not surprise it was missing several toppings, just like he had told the cashier. At least 30% of the pizza had only one pepperoni on each slice. The rest of the pizza did not look much better. Each pepperoni costs only a few cents, plus I had already become a frequent customer, I don't know why it bothered so much the employee to make my pizza the way I ordered it. I don't enjoy going to a business where some employees completely ignored the customer's request and make their own decisions based on their ego, selfishness or perhaps because they don't like their customers for personal reasons. I like their pizza, the female cashier is very nice, and the owner seems to be a very nice lady, but after my last disappointment I am not coming back to empower the guy who made the decision to make my pizza his way completely disregarding my request when I placed my order. I have gone to pick up my pizza and had it delivered. The pizza is decent. I won't be going here again. They didn't make my pizza correct 4 of the 6 times I ordered. When I picked up it was oh so sorry let me make it right.. when it was delivered and not what I ordered I was told that was how I ordered it. I know what I ordered. I know what I like and what I can eat. I was insulted and told I was a liar. The manager was horrible. He refused to admit that a mistake was made. I told him several times what I wanted. As all the other times and still it was made wrong. I've never been insulted and ripped off like this. To make a mistake is not horrible. To argue with a customer and refuse to fix it is fraud. I hope they go out of business.. I see your response. I don't know what camera footage you saw. This was a delivery. I did not throw any pizza at him. I have explained that When I went to pick up pizza other times and it was wrong, the one incharge then was apologizing and remade it. I understand mistakes happen. All I asked was for my pizza to be replaced. The whole order was over $35. I couldn't eat any of it. Now you post a lie.. saying that I threw the pizza at him?? He needs to understand when someone orders a pizza we know what we ordered. Don't argue with me. Don't call me a liar. Don't take my hard earned money and rip me off. Maybe a call to better business bureau is now...

This was my very first time ever ordering from this place and im super sad to say that I am very disappointed with this place. I honestly feel that the way they handle the situation was even worse.

So I called made my order and everything was good so far, one hour and a half later no call or no update at all. Decided to call and cancel the order because I had to go to a job reunion and I was already running a bit behind and I didn't want people waiting on me. So I call to cancel and they pass me over to the delivery driver and I was thinking he still there at the restaurant with my food? like really? So I explained to him that I couldn't wait for him anymore and he tells me he was going to be here in 15 minutes but again I had already waited an hour and a half, so I let him know that I can't wait for him any longer and that I had to go, he told me he could meet me up somewhere to give me my pizza but that to me was kind of crazy, never have I gotten that offered to me. To top it off im now on there black list because I couldn't wait for them another 15 minutes to deliver my food and they refused to refund...
