Before making the reservation on the Travelodge, I read the reviews on the website. It only appeared two reasonably good ones, one stating that it was a cozy night and the other one about the ice problem. So I decided to make the reservation for only one night. The only reason why I picked this location was that it was close to my parent's house, and I didn't want to be driving a long distance coming back late at night. We stayed at this exact location a few years back, and the stay was reasonable. I checked in on 3/19/22, around 3:34 pm; the lobby looked clean with professional customer service. I asked for a second-floor room; the clerk mentioned that since I have a child, I would like to be bottom floor, and I told her we were coming to sleep; therefore, my 7-year-old son would be sleeping and not walking and jumping and disturbing the guests downstairs. We decided to leave our bags in our room and see where we were sleeping. As I opened the door, the room reeked of cigarettes, basically an ashtray in Las Vegas. So I returned to the office and complained, and the clerk told me that side of the building smells like cigarettes naturally. I said, " So that's the smoking side, and she said all rooms are nonsmoking. The clerk said the whole hotel was booked, and there's only one more room left. Common sense, I asked, so what if the room smells like an ashtray? Then she said I don't worry; I will give you some air freshener. This room on the second floor did not smell. It looked like an okay appearance, so we dropped our bags and left. We drove back to the hotel around 11 pm. The parking lot was filled with cars. Luckily, we found some parking space. As we entered our room and entered the restroom, I noticed some mold around the tub and floor and the edges of the wall with dirt; the walls were filthy. They were never clean, with brown stains and water splashes or urine. I have never seen a dirty room like that, the towels appeared clean the shower curtain, but after inspecting, I found some hairs assuming from the other guests. The sink was barely clean, the wall edges of the room dusty, the walls were never wiped down. They were footprints on the ceiling; the sheets and blankets had cigarette butts; the phone in the room was dirty and dirty with some white stains on top I did not want to investigate. The only clean thing was the inside of the drawers, and I did not find a bible, so I was disappointed. I ripped/stripped all the blankets sheets off the bed and pillows. Lucky the mattress had no bloodstains. We were tired and didn't want to be looking for another hotel, so we decided to stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, so I gave it only three stars. Honestly, I have never seen a hotel room this dirty. I'm not a clean freak, but come on, at least clean the walls once in a while, paint the room, shampoo the carpet. The carpet close to the bed smelled like feet. I kept thinking it was my son's shoes, but it was the carpet. For the night, I paid $150. It should be the opposite pay $100 to sleep in the room. I would not ever come back to this...

Pros:
Cons:
They have a sign in the office that says "Seven (7) days". What they don't tell you, is it means 6 nights, check out on 7th day.
Heavy Police activity on the property.
They have charter internet (thats good) but the moment everyone checks-in for the night, it goes down the drain. So if you need to upload video vlogs or wanna face time at night or use Skype or Facebook video chat or have a late night Zoom Meeting, forget it.
I had the office try to charge me for a Queen non-smoking $110 when a King Non-smoking goes for only $100. In Commerce Travelodge you can get a King non smoking for a flat $90 or less. I was able to get it down to $90 at this location by CALLING Wyndham membership line and booking through them.
They do accept "Wyndham go Fast" points -IF- The manager is in the office when you call reservations at Wyndham. The Website doesn't also give you the option to use 3,000 points for go fast either. So if you're looking to use points. its a headache here.
If you are a short person of 5'4" or less. Good luck getting on the bed. You will be using the chair & they do not offer any stepping stools at their prices. No matter the room. You will have to use the chair or the corner of the bed to climb up.
They only give you the "do not disturb" sign on request. It is NOT provided in the room.
Finally, rooms are a bit dated. Micowave dish spinning will be a hit or miss depending on the room you get. This is pretty common across travelodge in general no matter what one...
First off let me say that i dont give bad reviews 2 ppl that make very small mistakes because I know it's hard 2 have a business and to keep up with everything but man this hotel is something else. If u just want a place 2 sleep and nothing else then be my guest, but this hotel hast to seriuously improve in sooooooo many things The rooms are ok, the walls are thin, you can hear EVERYTHING, our beds would make squeaky noises when we would move. The breakfast is seriously not good. They only have cereal and toast. The milk is practically water. And when I asked If they can refill the OJ, he acted like he didn't even hear me. Seriously I'm all about good customer service. A smile or just a good morning how are you? in the morning goes along way, this hotel lacks it A LOT. The guy in the front has a face like he seriously hates his job. The micro didn't work and when we asked 2 exchange it they said in 5 min. That 5 min turned into 30 min. They have no Iron, and when we wanted to see TV we had 2 call the front desk for the guy 2 come 2 our room 2 come and input it. Then last but not least, when we wanted to use our cards to open our room, they weren't working anymore. So my husband had 2 go all the way down and ask 2 get a new set. I know it sounds like small things but believe me it adds up and it made our experience there horrible. I don't recommend it and...
