REVIEW UPDATE: If you dont want to keep paying for the item anymore and want to return it.. Dont pay no more within the next month they will send a letter asking to return the product. Even though they say you cant return it well this is the only way and get those money sucking people off you!!!

READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...

If i can give negative stars i would. First thing is first, these employees are like blood sucking leaches to money. They will say anything and agree to anything you say but wont commit to it. Horrible place to buy jewelry. If I were you stay away from this place unless you want your credit to be bad. They are all just 2 face people. I told them i cant pay on the 5th but i can the 15th and if i can change the payment date before i buy my product. I had 2 of the employees and the Manager right there before i purchased and i made sure it was fine kept confirming and confirming and i ask if it will affect my credit and they said no. Next thing you know they call my phone non stop to pay the bill when they clearly knew i cant the 5th and they wont stop until you pay it and my credit score went down. Really unprofessional company in general i hope someone reads this and realizes its all of Don Robertos.

My niece & i went there on Monday to get our 2nd ear pierced. Manuel helped us out and he went above and beyond to help us out. He showed us all the earring options before we finally decided which ones we wanted. He was very courteous & made us feel right at home. Horrible! They say they close at 7 but I showed up at 6 & they refused to open the door and completely ignored me. When I called to check their business hours, she said they were closed although it was not 7. When I asked for a managers name, she said they didn’t have a manager. I will take my business elsewhere.
