0 stars. Don't recommend. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Every single time I go SOMETHING is wrong. Either something in my orders messed up, one of their machines is broken, I get pulled forward into the parking lot bc they need more time to make my food (it's never anything outrageous that I order) n don't want to run their clock up, something is missing from my order... Like it's legit always something.
Just left and again, terrible service, rude employees. Ice cream machine is broken, again. Frappe machine that literally just got fixed after 8 months down is broken, again. 1 of my sandwiches was made wrong, one was missing. Didn't realize it till I got home so I had to give my sandwich to my son. Called to complain and she made it sound like I was lying about the McChicken not being in the bag. They of course had me pull forward so they could get my order but there wasn't a single car behind me so they can't say they wanted to get them their food , it was simply to keep their clock down. I went the other morning for an iced coffee and I stood at that register for 8 minutes before someone finally approached me to get my order, there was plenty of employees who saw me n not one said a word. There was another lady standing in the lobby waiting on a sandwich they'd made wrong to be fixed. She was still waiting by time I got my coffee and left. We talked a few minutes about the terrible service while we waited. She said it was the worst McDonald's she'd ever been to n it made me laugh bc I say that every time I go. They need a major fixing before they lose...
Read moreThe person at the order and pay window. Did not appear to fully understand the system. We asked for a receipt he told us we had to go to the next window. We were getting several orders and needed the receipt. Just so everyone was charged correctly. Upon getting to the next window looked at us like we were space aliens. But upon informing them we needed a receipt and would not move the car without a receipt. Or take the food back. We got one he had balled them up and placed them in the trash can. Why lie to me. Other than that all was ok. Just because you are inept at your job you lie to me and send me to someone you know cannot give me what you threw away. In other words, blew us off thinking we would just forget it. If you do not have customer skills please retrain these folks. I am done ranting and will shut up and go away. Next day found out was charged what was paid in cash on my credit card. Fraud and theft are why he did not want to give me a receipt. Formal charges will be pressed for fraud and theft only against the employee. Will update as it happens. Well, several calls to the store. Finally gave me a new number to call. Three calls there and the charge is still on my bank statement. I will call one more time then I will have no choice but to go to the banking commissioner. I hate to fill out all that paperwork but getting no results from anyone at any number I have called. Small amount but it is the fact it was theft and fraud. Read moreThis McDonald's has changed dramatically in the last 9 months. New management is doing a great job. And even trying new ways to connect with the community like trunk or treat. Sure it's not 100% perfect but it's definitely better today than it was this time last year. Many of these employees are mid teens so of course there will be mistakes but I'm in my 40s and I still make mistakes! But at the end of the day we can get a hot meal; a burger drink and fries in the same amount of time as it takes to write this review! Its McDonald's you know what to expect when you pull in to the parking lot. Next time try to remember that at the same time you're waiting on your 3 minute meal there is a young adult or a teenager in there that woke up today and went to work and it learning about customer relations and how to solve problems on the fly. And yes some may even be trying to fix that darned old ice cream/frappe machine. I say thank you McDonald's for not only feeding me for 40+ years but also for teaching our children and others valuable skills and making us smile everytime we speak your name. You have benefitted us all in in more than one way. And I know that this location is in good hands and will change for the better. Nothing is more powerful than a young adult with passion,curiosity,determination and the willingness to work hard and put forth effort!
