Her cupcakes are phenomenal! At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, they really are the best I've ever had. I am not surprised she has 100% five star reviews! She gets EVERYTHING right when it comes to her cupcakes (I can't wait to try her other baked goods!). The proportion between the icing and the cake is perfect. The icing is smooth and rich with the perfect amount of sweetness. The cakes are incredibly moist, melt in your mouth, and full of flavor without being overly sweet or heavy. I mean it's magic. My husband and I ordered 200 cupcakes for our wedding from SME's Treats and they were a HUGE hit with our guests! They were very responsive when we first inquired and made the ordering process very easy. We ordered four different flavors and they were delicious! They delivered them to our venue and set them up right on time and even included flavor cards for each type of cupcake! We were so happy with the treats Sheila provided for two celebrations last year: strawberry/champagne and german chocolate cupcakes for a birthday, and a simply decorated vanilla-with-strawberry cake for our micro wedding where we described the vibe as "woodland chic." She made it easy to order, pay, and arrange for pickup....and thought of everything, like the florals/greenery for the cake packaged separately so as to stay fresh for the couple of days between pickup and serving.
