Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Bellefontaine Neighbors

Pissed!!! This location is close to my moms house, when I'm over to her house I order from here because the first 4-5 it was pretty good..so today I placed an order it took hr and 1/2 which is OK, they expressed that when I ordered online..so my food arrives, pizza cold, chicken is wet as if it was in the container so long the chicken was sweating from the container...I called in and expressed I didn't want the order, I would like a refund. Express to her why...she told me when they have 1 driver, and inclement weather...which I'm confused because its sprinkling outside that's it...that they can't guarantee the temperature of the food being hot....umm really..who the hell spend their hard earned money on food only to get it delivered cold? She told me I had to come in with the food if I want a refund...I'm in the bed not feeling well I can't come up there..do you know she said, I'm not sending my driver back out for a refund....I hung up..never again will they get my business..so unprofessional!!! If she look in their system at the address like I said I ordered from here a lot, and common sense would have told her I'm a good customer, but they don't care..yes this was definitely the...

I ordered a pizza and salad. Delivery was earlier then the estimate, but the driver did not have my salad. So he has to go back and get it. The pizza was stuck to the box, not burnt, but stuck to the box !! I'm done with eating here, period. I would rather drive to Pizza Hut, which does not deliver to my address, then to spend another dime with Imos. Their prices are high enough. I expect better for what I paid for this evening.

I changed my rating to 1. Tonight's service and food don't even rate a 2. The driver was apologetic, about not bringing my salad with my pizza. There is a reason why this locations average rating is 3.1 and in reading other reviews, not sure how their average review is even that high. Must be a case of...

I called in my order and paid for it over the phone. and told the person who was taking order to have the officers who sits behind the desk to call on the unit so i can get my food. So they didn't pass on the information to the driver. I get up to the front where the delivery person waiting he gave me all attitude he said to me "where have you been i called the number you called from". I said excuse me he goes on to say" i been waiting up here for five minutes ". I told him didn't they tell you to have the officers call me on my unit.
