McDonald's — Restaurant in Belleville

Terrible, You cannot leave a franchise for teens to run when your handling an order, food and customers time. Time after time they as in teens to older adults don't know what a CHEESEBURGER is when they FORGET the hamburger meat, Yes that extremely poorly attentive. How about repeating your order 3 times, PAYING and receiving the wrong order while then being told to go back in a line that wraps around Mc.donalds on a regular day and even worse during the pandemic. MEANWHILE my son just got out of the hospital for severe anemia and he was hungry and irritable for our time wasted. I most definitely requested the supervisor and was given another employee who told me they would now get my order and charge me and i was told to wait in a reserved spot yet it was taken so I had to park in handicap to my inconvenience. Parking lot is full and they needed to see my car present YET after 15 minutes for 3 double cheeseburgers, NO missing order so my husband had to go in to retrieve the items to where he was told WE WERE WAITING FOR YOU TO COME IN AFTER BEING TOLD TO WAIT IN RESERVATION SO THEY COULD BRING IT OUT ( funny they would let the order sit knowing it was being waited upon) . I am calling corporate for the lack of training in mental capacity of SIMPLE knowledge. IT'S MC.DONALDS NOT AN OPERATION ON SOMEONE'S LIFE but dealing with food we pay for because we are hungry and customers have an adequate time to be served not because the employee "forgot" or "wants to be rude". These trips to drive thru become less pleasant dealing with incapacitation. There are more incidents far too sad to explain for it doesn't take 2 people period to screw in a light bulb. OMG. What is America coming to? The display from the employees that I witnessed here last night was DISGUSTING!!!!! I bought my granddaughter in because she wanted McDonalds. I don't generally go to this location because the food is sub-par and many times the employees are dismissive. But last night I was too tired to drive to a different location. I'm so sorry I didn't

I witnessed the most despicable act against a delivery driver I have ever seen. A young man came in to pick up an order and no one came to his service. I watched him see the bag sitting on the stand. Watched him raise the bag and his phone in the air and beckon the attention of the workers that this was his order. As he walked towards the door a stout woman employee with silver hair who appeared to be approx. 65 -70 yrs old flew from behind the counter and grabbed his arm and tried snatching the bag out of his hand. It was a horrible and disrespectful display. I had to cover my granddaughters eyes because it scared her.

I was rushing her through her food to get out of there and the young man came back into the store and asked for the employees name. This woman started screaming at him and called the police. There was literally at least 6 witnesses outside to vouch for the young man while the employees, the old woman, and the manager (WHO WAS NOWHERE IN SIGHT DURING THE INCIDENT) stood around lying to the police.

I will NEVER spend my money at this location again. There are enough other McDonalds around with staff who treat people with kindness. This is not the first time I have seen this woman rude to the customers and delivery people. I think her...

What an absolute disaster of a location. Unsure if management is just ignorant of who they hire or just don’t care about the loss of profits with food that gets taken. Drive through is never open till the time it’s supposed to me. I pull up tonight and no one answers the drive through microphone so I drive to the window. What do I see? A bunch of employees hanging out and stuffing another employees backpack full of food. I must’ve sat there at the window for a few minutes watching this entire disaster unfold. The amount of food that was shoved into this employees backpack was atleast $100 worth. Imagine doing this every night and how much you’re stealing. Imagine getting hired at a McDonald’s location that doesn’t seem to have any standards and then just screwing that job up. I will be reaching out to corporate to notify them that employees are not only stealing food but closing a location down several hours before the allotted time frame.

PS. From an outside glance the inside looks like a bacterial infections dream come true. From the drive through window you have a clear visual of the shake machine that’s always happened to be broken just crusted over with god knows what. Not to mention the all the uncleanliness visible from the outside. Imagine up close.
