In search for something new, new food, new experience, new place. Googled this place I hoped it will be a good time with good food. I was wrong. I’m an African American male walking into a place where I’m the only Black man there. That wasn’t the problem, the problem was I told to be seated anywhere of my choice, I believed that was the process. Me and my wife was sitting there for 28 minutes without being acknowledged. The woman that told us to seat ourselves never gave us menus, silverware, nor napkins. I had to get up, walk behind the countertop bar and get me and my wife menus. After waiting, someone finally came by and said have anyone helped you? Keep in mind the table was completely blank so it’s obvious no one helped us. The woman that told me to go seat myself was also my waitress. We heard the words “I’m sorry” at least 10 times or more. The food was wrong and room temperature, everything was wrong, she never brought our water to drink. We also noticed all the other White customers was being seated with eating utensils, menus and their drink within 2 minutes of seating. We felt very racially profiled and not welcomed. On the exit of paying for my bill for the food, the manager didn’t say anything to us but stuck his and out for the payment. We are people of very good taste and respect so to be treated the way we are treated was in very poor taste....

My ice-cream was horribly freezer burnt and when I tried to get it fixed and got new or non freezer burnt ice-cream I was treated terribly. However there was no manager on duty except for these girls named Trinity and Samantha who had no customer service skills and were horrible to a paying customer who wanted to be satisfied with what they paid for. They were absolutely HORRIBLE to me in person and on the phone yelling at me so I couldn’t get a word in. I tried to call and talk to a manager but the two girls were verbally assaulting me to where I couldn't get a word in, and then they HUNG UP ON ME. When I called back to speak to a manager they just kept yelling at me and wouldn’t even LISTEN about the ice-cream being freezer burnt. I would be EMBARASSED if this how your customer service is especially if you want people to return to your restaurant. You all should be ASHAMED of yourselves, especially the two girls mentioned above who wouldn't even acknowledge that your product was faulty. 0/10 would not EVER recommend because if y’all are this petty about fixing HORRIBLY FREEZER BURNT ice-cream imagine the response to food that is not prepared or served...
Read moreI wouldn’t suggest this restaurant to anyone. The food came out and there was a HAIR in the roast beef dinner. The staff was extremely persistent on me getting something else in replace of the roast beef dinner that had a hair in it and they were repeatedly told I didn’t want anything else from here. They also stated they do not do refunds. How is that normal when someone finds a hair in their food & doesn’t eat their dinner because of it , that they still get charged for it? I never leave reviews but how this place is being ran is unacceptable and disgusting. The woman in charge during our time there was extremely rude to me when I told them I shouldn’t have to pay for food I’m not eating let alone with a hair in it. She then said with a mean & rude attitude “just leave, just leave.” Our waitress told us that the staff was trying to blame her for the hair in our food when her hair is blue and the hair in the food was long and gray. Make it make sense! After reading other reviews, finding hair in the food seems to be a real issue here. You should probably get your employees to wear hair nets so you can put an end to this issue.
