Taco Bell — Restaurant in Belleville

15/10 would not recommend this Taco Bell. I’ve lived near this Taco Bell my whole life and in the past few years it’s gone down hill. You used to be able to order and GET what you order. Now this time I did have a longer order as I was getting food for my whole family. Immediately, as I’m ordering I can already tell the food was gonna be messed up. As I was ordering the guy kept going off and I couldn’t just order. I get to the window, he reads me “my order” and I proceed to tell him he’s missing a few things, he rings them up and I’m thinking okay cool. I get my receipt and then told to pull forward. As I’m looking at the receipt I noticed I was charged extra for things I didn’t order. I see a worker come out and explain to him I was over charged, he told me no it’s correct and I’m like well the receipt said other wise. He goes back in and brings me my food and tells me he was in fact wrong. Like yes sir I knew that, that’s why I said something. He takes my receipt and card to charge the correct price. I start checking the food and he comes back out with just the card saying it’s fixed, I stopped checking the food at this point. I didn’t get a receipt with the correct charge and I go home, which is like 5 minutes from this tacobell and start pulling everything out. I’m missing items and have items I didn’t order. I could’ve done a better job checking but that’s not my job, as a customer, I’m expecting to get what I paid for. I seriously don’t understand how hard it is to just listen, take the correct order, and make sure all the food is in the bag. And for people who would be like well you try it, I have and do. I work in an actual restaurant serving and bagging Togo orders. It’s really not that hard to make sure people get what they’ve paid for...

pitiful. taco bell food is pretty good, but your lazy, lousy staff made me get back in the car and return the $17 meal I paid for to get my money back.... disgusting, cool to room temp, cheese not melted , warm wilted lettuce in the Mexican pizza (they dont even come with lettuce!!!!) made me want to puke almost as much as the wet shell made me dry heave. people pay good money for a decent meal, if i pay $17 for my son and myself to eat dinner, you damn well better believe it will be warm, fresh and not slipped together, lazily made and disgusting, or you'll be refunding me. I won't be back to this location... absolutely pitiful. I hope you have to close it down.

went back today to give a 2nd chance because tacos sounded good. my son said 'they're just going to screw it up again!'

well, the 12 yr old was right. I ordered him 3 soft tacos with no lettuce.... except when we got home, THERE WAS NO CHEESE ON THEM BUT PLENTY OF LETTUCE! Unbelievable.... my 'hard shell' tacos ripped on bottom from being wet and the meat was not even what I'd consider 'warm'.... if you set room temp cooked ground beef outside for 5 mins in 70 degree weather, it was about that warm.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN. Minimum wage at $15? This crew doesn't deserve $3 an hour. Unacceptable and pitiful. Morons already ran steak n shake into the ground, this taco bell is next. time to wake up and get it together, dummies.

2/29/24 Went back again because I was in a rush... got rewarded with a pube in my chicken taco and wilted lettuce with less than an oz of chicken.. I got more pubes than...

I've ordered through the drive through and Door Dash at this particular Taco Bell dozens of times over the last two years. They're not always perfect but until now I would argue serviceable. But tonight was a nightmare. We waited 40 minutes for food that was half extremely old and half under done. We did a pick up order and after twenty minutes of preparing your order' we called. Supposedly they didn't see our order. So we called Door dash, who then called the store. Suddenly they did see our order, and it was ready now. We pulled up to the window and they handed us most of our order and no drinks. After we asked, they made our drinks and the rest of our order. Our hard tacos were melting from sitting in their own grease, and cold. While I had to microwave my fresh quesadilla two minutes later when we got home, because they rushed it. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. There's two sides to every story, we were there very late at night and I know it's far from an ideal shift or job; but you're being paid and it isn't a lot to ask you to make a few tacos...
