Wing China — Restaurant in Belleville

I would like to give a review of my experience so maybe wing China can do better! I think this a family owned restaurant! I think that the food is great ,and comes out in a timely fashion! Unfortunately, the customer service is lacking! They put to much pressure on the under age children taking the orders. Sometimes mistakes happen and that is understandable seeing that they are children. The children are working so much that there attitudes are also questionable! The adult women running the front with them is nasty and has a terrible attitude! The lack of respect she has for the clientele is very apparent and she is very rude!!! She escalates the tension instead of trying to have good customer service! I would recommend they hire someone that isn’t under the age of 15 to run the front to take orders. Wings were my favorite there, but not anymore. I just witnessed the young man who was shaking the wings in flour drop one on the floor and picked it up and put it back in with the wings he was flouring. Needless to say I walked out and called the manager. And let her know what happened, and told her to cancel my order. And she asked was the wing raw or cooked, and my response was raw, but what difference does that make? If anything raw is worse because now all the wings in the pale and the oil will be contaminated. And either way I don't want any cooked or raw after seeing that. Don't know if they made it to the oil or not, because she said she would speak to him and let him know he can't do that. First time purchasing there; onions were scorched throughout the two boxes of plain fried rice I'd purchased making the rice unfit to eat, not to mention the menced pieces of rice as well. I politely called and told them about the food and the gentleman stated to me that he'd told (them) that the onions had been scorched so I asked him if you knew this why would you serve it to me as I spent my hard earned money in an effort to grab a simple meal for my family and myself... He then responded he'd make me more rice; once I've made a complaint about ANY food, I refuse to accept a corrected replacement because I don't trust it the second time around so I declined as he also declined to refund my money.
