Edited 9/25/19: I don't know what's happening here, but it's been declining a lot lately. If service was slow, at least food was always good. Service has been very slow. I've had to pull up and wait every time lately. And tonight, after a long wait, I was met with an order not even good enough to call mediocre. The biscuits were too brown and hard, wedges were just okay-hit or miss, and the popcorn chicken was old (somebody in my family got the fresh order while the other two got old ones). To top it off, the fruit punch was very nasty and tasted watered down. How can a drink with no ice even be watered down? (I ordered it no ice. It never had any ice in it) I'm disappointed in all and won't be back soon. When whatever is causing these problems is resolved, let me know. Will try again and may update rating.

Read moreI placed an order through the KFC app at 7:39pm on 8/19/2023. Received email confirmation at 7:44pm. We went to pick up our order and at 8:19pm, at the drive thru window, was told "we don't got that". We asked what they didn't have and they said they canceled the order. I told them that they didn't have any problem charging my card. The woman at the window said that it'd be put back on our card and that she also does DoorDash so she knows that happens when an order is canceled. I told her we aren't wirh DoorDash and we didn't receive any prior notice that our order was canceled. I ended up calling the KFC customer service line to note this incident and also make sure the refund was issued (it hadn't been marked canceled or refunded prior to my calling). Read moreFries were hard and very old as if they had been sitting under a heat light for hours, I called and spoke with the manager about the fries and I was told by her that I will have to bring the fries back and they will replace them. I was not driving 20 miles back just to return some fries and that was not the reason why I called, I stayed to her, I didn’t want anything. I was just letting her know that the fries were not fresh at all and you don’t want to get anyone sick. ( They were hard hard) The chicken was hot & fresh and the cashier was nice. I think when they know something is old don’t even push it out the door or window that’s my opinion.
