ETA: Jamie has since reached out and threatened me with a lawsuit over this review. Once again proving that he indeed, does not care about his customers or the product he’s putting out.

I am absolutely appalled with the way they handle their mistakes, as a manager myself, I’m outrageously disappointed with the way the OWNER treated us tonight.

Jamie, told me that giving me RAW pizza dough in my calzone was completely acceptable and he is okay with giving customers in the community this level of product. This is the third time I’ve ordered here this year and this time, I may have some food poisoning to go with the very disappointing experience. I was told that “I offered you a $10 gift card, I can go up to $15, but that’s it.” I just wanted my money back after having to cook my food again when I got home and was instead met with a condescending attitude and a complete lack of understanding.

We called about the food, knowing they were busy tonight, as we went in to order our carry out and left a message. They called us back quickly, but the phone never actually rang and they did not leave a message so my fiancé called back to have a conversation with Jamie. He told us that he’s been doing this for 30 years and that ordering a calzone with no cheese is why my food was raw. 🙃 He also saw fit to dig through his system using my fiancé’s phone number to try to be combative about how often we have ordered there(most of them have been under my phone number).

I just want to give a very fair warning to the community as a whole not to do business here and not to trust Jamie or any of his locations to turn out a product worth the price paid. I know that raw dough isn’t worth $65 and so does he. He just...

Fantastic calzone that was overshadowed by the doordash scam.

I ordered through the Papa Vitos website who then sent the order to doordash for delivery. When my order was delivered it was missing the toasted ravioli. After attempting to call the restaurant they told me that I have the following options.

They'd give me a free order of it next time I ordered.

I would need to contact doordash to get it figured out.

Or I would need to come to the store to pick it up as they could not refund me.

After contacting door dash they stonewalled me saying that my only recourse was contacting the restaurant. This is due to Papa Vitos being the one who actually placed the order with doordash, not me.

I live 9 hours away from here so a future order doesnt work.

I don't have the option to get out to the restaurant to pick it up tonight. That's why I ordered delivery.

My only option was to just eat the charge.

If I were able to get refunded for the missing item I would order pick-up or dine in if I were able to come back to the area! But due to the doordash scam, I will never eat here again and be recommending everyone I know to do the same. The person we talked to on the phone told us she put the order together herself and forgot to add the ravioli.

Just have to clarify this as well, that was the best calzone I have ever had. But since I have to eat the $10 loss from something that is entirely their fault, I will not be going here again. A regular at this location and I love the food so it saddens me to write this . The last visit I ordered chefs salad which was supposed to contain honey baked turkey . Once I took my order home and opened the stapled bag I noticed it was missing . I immediately contacted the establishment and told them and the manager told me I could come back to show them or but he was sure he put it in there cause he was the manager himself . I double checked even triple checked and it was missing from the salad . I called again and he said he would watch the video and see if he put it on there because he was sure he did , as if he was calling me a liar . I don’t know who lies about food but I am not one of those people . It has been over a month of me continuously l calling and leaving messages and he has chosen to still not respond .
