The food is very delicious and well balanced. I knocked 2 stars off because in 3 visits, I have either gotten the wrong menu item or not gotten the additional toppings I had to pay extra for. (really? a whole $1 for a scoop of peanut butter, or .50 for a tbsp of chia seeds???what, are you plucking each seed by hand back there?)
They were good about replacing the wrong item the one time I caught the error in store, but that still resulted in 15 more minutes of waiting, after my wife and I had already sat and waited for 30 minutes for our first smoothies. I think I need to stop ordering because I consistently have to wait at least 15 minutes past the scheduled time to get my online order. Today, I placed my order online almost an hour before pick up, trying to ensure I would be on time for the next thing. I still waited 15 minutes past the time I was supposed to get my two smoothies.
