Luigi's Italian Bistro — Restaurant in Bellevue

I recently visited Luigi's Italian Bistro with a group of friends and I have to say, we were blown away by the experience. We were all craving pizza and after searching on Google, we decided to give Luigi's a try. And boy, were we glad we did!

We ordered 5 pizzas to go and they were all absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. We could tell that the ingredients were of high quality and that the pizza was made with care and attention.

Not only was the food amazing, but the service was top-notch as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure that our order was exactly how we wanted it. They even gave us some extra garlic knots on the house, which were a hit with our group.

Wow. Horrible service today! The waitress was blatantly rude to us from the minute we walked in the door. Even though there were very few people in the restaurant, our order took more than 45 minutes. We had somewhere we needed to be, so near the end, we very politely asked if we could switch it to take-out if they hadn't already had it plated (we apologized and took responsibility for not leaving ourselves more time). The waitress blamed us for ordering pizza and never apologized. Then, I happened to walk past when she told the kitchen staff and they were extremely put out over such a simple request. We love the pizza at this place. We live in a small town about a half an hour from this restaurant. We go to Green Bay for shopping and entertainment, and wanted to get some food before coming home one day. I remembered seeing this place when were were in the neighborhood one other time, and we decided to check it out. They have a good menu selection, but we've only had the pizza so far. It's some of the best in Green Bay in our opinion. We keep meaning to try something else, because when we see other people's food coming out, it all looks really good.
