Wendy's — Restaurant in Bellevue

Super disappointed in this location. We stopped in after a basketball game on Mother’s Day 2019. First of all, it was 4:30 in the afternoon and we were told the ice machine never got turned on for the day after we manually tried to get our drinks. One of the young men had to bring buckets of ice out to fill it. In the meantime, we almost had our meal finished. There was no reason we weren’t offered cold drinks from behind the counter as there was only one other couple in the restaurant and only one car at the drive through. Secondly, while we waited for our meal at the counter, a young lady walked in the back for her shift and yelled some obnoxious scream, totally inappropriate! Then last of all, the women’s restroom had feces sprayed all over the inside and outside of the toilet. If you think the parking lot is a mess, just wait until you get inside. The young cashier didn’t seem to know how to run the register and couldn’t figure out what change to give me because he typed in the wrong amount of cash I gave him. This was after he rang up the wrong type of potato. Speaking of, my potato was gross and even in the middle of lunch it tasted like it has been sitting out for hours. It was replaced with an equally gross potato. The manager was frantic about everything and barked at employees instead of talking to them. A young man from the back came around to ask her a question about the fries and she said “I don’t have time, just do whatever!” Great...

I stopped in just to use the restroom. I went in, found the bathroom and entered. Wow! It reeks of the most foul bowel movement you can imagine (and I used to be a nursing assistant) and the sink basin is filthy.

I suffered through the assault on my olfactory sense and took care of my business, washed my hands, noticed a sticker on the soap dispenser, and went to dry my hands. I was not surprised to find a warm air hand dryer. I was surprised that it was so ineffective that it took two cycles to dry my hands. Paper towel would be preferred given the inadequacy of the warm air hand dryer, but honestly just replace it with one that's...
