Okay, who knew fast-casual Indian food could slap this hard?! Calcutta came in hot and didn’t miss a single beat! The samosas were golden and the chutney was solid. The chicken kabab was tender and spicey! The beef naan tacos were delish. It is such a good fusion dish. The butter chicken was creamy, and so rich without being too heavy. And those chickpeas were earthy in a beautiful way, and straight-up comfort food.

Every bite tasted fresh, bold, and like someone actually cared when they made it. You don’t always get that in fast-casual but these folks understood the assignment. This amazing food truck in Bellingham is a must for Indian food lovers. The butter chicken is a total winner. I ordered the personal size and I’m stuffed. Butter chicken was perfect. Rice and salad topper, too. Naan was spot on. I asked for spicy sauce. Yummo. Really spicy so be careful. I’m in love with this food truck’s food and friendly service! I genuinely don’t know how this place has 4.5 stars. Spent almost 18$ on lamb curry fries, they came out lukewarm and FLAVORLESS. I genuinely couldn’t tell I was eating “Indian food” and thought I was eating chili fries since none of the Indian spices were apparent. Also got the butter chicken and garlic naan, bland as hell. Fries were definitely pre frozen, this dish should be 10$ and even that’s a stretch. I think the whole menu should have a price revision. Assuming the 5 stars are friends...
