The brisket was insanely tender, with the perfect bark and just the right amount of smoky richness. The sausage? A masterpiece—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and slathered in a sauce that balanced sweet, tangy, and spicy just right. The pulled pork was melt-in-your-mouth good, especially with their signature house-made BBQ sauce. (Try the cranberry sauce too OMG) 😋

The sides were just as impressive! The mac and cheese was creamy, cheesy perfection, and the baked beans had a deep, smoky sweetness that paired perfectly with the meats.

We made it just in time before they sold out! We will be back to try the crawfish this weekend!
