I went to the gathery with a couple of co workers last night after work for a nice sit down dinner and wine and let me just tell you this place exceeded my expectations. It was so beautifully decorated lots of hats boots belts for sale that are old and vintage. They have such a cute little coffee bar. And in the back they have a big beautiful wine bar that would be great for a girls brunch or for a couple beers and some poker or cards with the guys. I ordered a prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable medley and 10/10 so good seasoned to perfection cooked at a perfect medium rare garlic mashed potatoes that were so good and fluffy not instant like you get at most places now days and a great selection of seasonal fresh grilled veggies. For dessert the girls and I shared a lavender chocolate crème brûlée and that was also 10/10 never had anything like it but the flavor was out of this world. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you to the gathery for this beautiful spot such a hidden gem that more people need to know about. I first walked into this coffee + eat house March 2022 while visiting Belville. When I stepped in, I immediately knew I’d found my new favorite place in Texas! I was in love with everything about it…. The atmosphere, the people, the food, the coffee, all the details that make this place so unique. The Gathery was clearly designed around making YOU, as their guest, feel extra special while you’re there.

I returned to Belville this October 2022 and I was certain to plan my trip dates around The Gathery’s Tues - Sat schedule. I wanted to be able to get fresh coffee + breakfast every day during my trip! One of the coolest things about this cafe is that I was able to snag a vintage pearl button shirt for my husband, and two vintage hats for myself… -all while waiting a couple minutes for our coffees! They have the neatest collection of vintage hats, cowboy boots + shirts at the front! It’s one of my favorite things about The Gathery.
