I have been in your store numerous times what do my other reviews have anything to do with that? If you are so concerned about having "Good Reviews" why wouldn't you ensure your customers leave your store happy and/or satisfied? I rated you 1 star and unsubscribed to your emails, not that you care but just wanted to share that with you. Back to my point. Back on 8/5/24, I purchased a pair of Caroline Sandals from your store. My husband went on 8/06/24 to pick my order up, and the lady in front told him there was no order under that name, He called me to get an order number from me, I gave it to him, and then the girl told him she still couldn't find it, so she walks to the back talks to someone (Hopefully not you because how unprofessional would that be) you being the owner and all, you should be the face of the store when a MISTAKE is done on your end, the girl comes back and says that order was refunded. I then contacted the store through "CHAT" since your store business has no phone number "oddly, so you responded through "chat" that "Someone stole the shoes" which is fine, understood. Stuff happens, it was the way you responded to the issue, I felt like you could have at least tried to fix the problem a little better, maybe like "I can issue you store credit, or would you like another pair that we do have AVAILABLE" I've worked customer service my whole life, a little effort...
