i'm new to the 'tyler" detergent game but have already accumulated several sample bottles that have turned into larger bottles. that being said, i seen that regal existed and since my husband loves baccarat rouge 540, i wanted to get him some. i'd been ordering from amazon but it wasn't available there so i looked everywhere online and couldn't find it anywhere!! this was the last place i looked so i was shocked to find it in stock 😳 4oz was the only size available so i ordered 2... just in case i didn't like it. when i got it, the first thing i noticed was that the smell was really faint. we mix our other ones with unscented detergent, and it works beautifully, so that's what we did with this one [1st bottle]. my husband washed a small load of laundry, took it out of the washer and we smelled nothing!! we dry our clothes with low heat and obviously out of the dryer there was still no smell!! so the next [small] load he used it [2nd bottle] undiluted and used THE WHOLE BOTTLE. again, NO SMELL WHATSOEVER!! according to reviews i read across the internet, this scent is strong [some say too strong] and lasts a long time on clothes. soooo were my bottles DILUTED in order to sell more?? another company told me directly that the tyler company told them that, that scent in on backorder until january so that very much is spinning in my head because, how can we use the WHOLE BOTTLE and our laundry smell like NOTHING!? i feel so...

Unfortunately, I had a very unfortunate experience with this company. I ordered online a cute pair of earrings but I made a mistake with the completion of my home address. I gave the same address for the shipping and home addresses. I received a email message telling me my order had been flagged as fraudulent. I fixed the issue with the addresses but I found out this morning that my order was cancelled because it appears to be fraudulent. It is not and the company charged my credit card five days ago.
