I entered this location in search of Dunkins new Floats that some locations have. When I order the float the guy at the register told me that they don't serve the floats but then I pointed out the advertisement in the store proving that they did. Then he told me that he couldn't make it because the soft serve machine didn't work but when he tried it it worked. I know how the float is suppose to be made: strawberry coolatta and then add vanilla ice cream. Instead he just uses the strawberry syrup and ice cream then proceeded to blend the two. Floats are not blended. Then when I told him I don't want it blended he got upset and made another one with ONLY STRAWBERRY SYRUP AGAIN! After he put the incorrect frozen drink on the counter I tried asking him to make it the right way and he ignored me. I then told the manager how it was suppose to be made and he told me that only using the strawberry syrup was how they make their FLOATS! No other Dunkin Donuts location makes their floats like that, and I believe he was lying to me and didn't want to make another float. I thought that the customer was always right? This location will never get my business again and I'm making sure to pass this info to everyone I know who gets their coffee from here....
Read moreI am forced to write a review because this place definitely needs attention. i went there a few days back in the evening with my 3 yr old daughter and the tables were not cleaned with a considerable trash left on the table. The floor was really dirty that required vacuuming the food and trash. I specially have to mention the men's room. It was so filthy that I had clean the toilet seat about 5-6 times with a bunch of toilet paper before my daughter could use it. Never going back again. On top of it, the donuts were a little hard and croissants was not completely baked. The two people who were at the counter were just not bothered with this mess. It was not crowded at all. There were not more than 5-6 people inside. Overall, a really...
Read moreUsually stop here on my break to grab a coffee and donut. Staff have always been friendly in my experience. Pretty good hours too for a sleepy town like Belmont. Nice, big window to sit by, especially in the winter with a hot cup of coffee, when you're waiting on the 73 bus to Harvard Square across the street. Otherwise, the little plastic barrier by the bus really doesn't do a great job at blocking and wind and snow and it can get insufferably cold. Wish it had more seating because some people like to get their coffee and nurse it like it's the Great Depression, but what can you do. Also, parking kind of sucks. No lot and street parking can...
