Arby's — Restaurant in Beloit

Drive thru person taking my order seemed annoyed or just short with me. She talked very fast & would allow me to speak; twice, while I was still ordering, she read back my items, gave me a total, and rid me to pull around to the window. I had to keep telling her that I wasn't done yet, but she didn't seem to care. I had multiple orders (small orders, but I needed separate bags), I asked twice to please bag them separately......... but they put it all in one bag & immediately closed the drive thru window, so I couldn't ask for a bag or my sauces. I had to knock on the window & keep waving my arms around to get her attention. She also forgot to give me my drink, I had to ask for that. Didn't offer any sauces or anything, I had to ask for those as well. Upon ordering, I had just wanted a jr roast beef (which was clearly listed on the menu board,) but was told, "no, we don't got no jr roast beef, you get a sider or a classic one." I didn't care for the slider I got because it had white cheese on it (maybe Swiss). Maybe they just come with the cheese on them, but I just wanted a plain roast beef & wasn't told that the slider came with Swiss on them. I'd just have asked to not add the cheese. When I got up to the window, the lady had a big blue star sticker on her top lip. I'm assuming it was a pimple patch, but if you're going to work, you'd think a person would go with a clear or neutral pimple patch , not a bright blue star stuck right on your lip. That just looked tacky, but had nothing to do with the order itself. Potato cakes had no salt on them & curly fries were undercooked & soggy. Plus I was in that drive thru for a good 25 minutes, on a hot day, immediately after my ac went out completely in my vehicle. Maybe it just...

So i haven't been to this location in a while because of the employees here. They were so rude and unprofessional. Well my son decided to go there a couple days ago, when asked what he wanted he was interrupted and was told he'd have to now wait. OK but after 15 minutes and now 4 cars behind him he asked in the speaker if he could order now. The young man laughs and says oh yeah.. my son says we'll I don't think its funny I've been waiting for 15 minutes. The kid continues to be rude using slanderous and hateful remarks. Now super upset my son said a few things back and said he's not ordering but leaving now. The kid replies with more yelling unbelievable things. We'll I go there today to try one more time because im in a hurry for lunch and im treated rudely again with the manager I take it who is doing the drive. Who is talking to me like im stupid then I proceeds to start laughing and when I get to the window she's standing back behind another girl but keeps looking at me laughing, shaking her head and making rude remarks. Just unbelievable!! This place needs ALL NEW EMPLOYEES who know how to act!!! Never will go...

Unfortunately this place is starting to feel like it’s on its final stretch before closing. The parking lot starts it off with humongous pot holes that have been present for some time. The store inside was unkempt and dim too looking really dated. The service was just bland. No welcome, no suggestions or upsells. It’s important to say, at no point was any employee rude, just not welcoming. Now the real reason for the review, the food! I ordered mozzarella sticks (no marinara?) a French dip (cold au jus) a beef n cheddar (burnt!) and a cherry turnover (out of stock). The food was delicious and had potential but the few simple mistakes added up to a dissatisfying visit...
