We have been here a couple of times, and it gets better and better each time!
Last night, my husband and I had a date night. Unbeknownst to us, it was happy hour and many items were discounted by 50%! Started with a mango margarita which was on point. Not to sugary, no overkill on the tequila and the finishing touch was the rim trimmed with tajin spice š On to dinner. I had seen pictures on their Facebook posts of the ceviche so I told the server I would like that as my entree. She looked at me funny and said that it was not a dinner item and it would not be enough to fill me up. I said no worries as I was not super hungry anyways. Well let me tell you, my picture says it all! It was plenty for dinner and leftovers. So good, apparently it was 3 different types of ceviche served with your choice of crackers, chips or tostado. HIGHLY RECOMMEND My husband ordered the skirt steak fajitas which were sizzling hot. The steak was tender and seasoned to perfection. The sautĆ©ed green peppers and onions were so FRESH. The beans that were served , in my opinion are authentic. Kind of like a soup but just complement the fajitas nicely.
On to the coffee āļø I know who drinks coffee after Mexican food?? But again, their facebook post got me intrigued š¤ I took the Cafe de Olla to go and it was not even close to what I expected, in a good way! They only served iced which was no problem but the flavor combination is not typical of any coffee I have had. It has hints of cinnamon and maybe cardamon. Not 100% sure but very good. Next time I would like to try the hot Cafe de Olla.
For atmosphere I gave only 4 stars as the music was very loud. Good choice of music, but it could have been lowered to clearly hear the conversation with my husband.
I look forward to returning as now I am eyeing their...

I took one bite and had to throw it in the trash- FiancĆ© had the same experience with his beans as well.. Also was extremely disappointed because I paid extra to have suizo style- and it wasnāt .. The last visit before this one and after my initial review, the food was just OK.. I really thought I had found My go to Mexican restaurant.. Super disappointing..
Ever since I moved out to this area, I have been in search of a good Mexican restaurant.. And honestly have given up, But we decided to try this place and this is definitely now our go to for Mexican food. Everything was fresh and delicious and just absolutely amazing! Their muneco style steak is highly recommended! I honestly was very impressed because I am super picky when it comes to authentic Mexican food.. And the first place that I have been to around here that has really good green salsa! We did order Delivery and by the time our food got to us it was still hot! And this...

As a vegetarian, I was curious about their Shrimp Cocktail, so I ordered it without the shrimp. To my delight, it was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. It was evident that they used only the freshest ingredients, which made this dish a standout for me.
My boyfriend opted for the ceviche flight as his entree, which included fish ceviche, octopus ceviche, and shrimp ceviche. He absolutely loved it! Each type of ceviche was uniquely seasoned and perfectly prepared. The portion was generous enough that he even had some leftovers to enjoy later, which is always a bonus.
Their selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages was equally impressive. We found the drinks to be expertly crafted, with just the right balance of flavorsāanother highlight of the evening.
Costa Bora has definitely won us over with their exceptional food and drinks, along with their inviting atmosphere. Weāre already planning to make this one of our regular spots to dine in....
