If I could give this particular Arby’s a negative I surely would. You made my husband drive 30 minutes BACK to the place because you didn’t give him over 1/2 the order. Due to him having to be at the hospital for an emergency he could not check but should not have to anyway. At the end of the deal you did not have the common decency to even apologize for the inconvenience for the fact that you can’t get things right here at this Arby's & closed the window in his face. It’s the 3rd & FINAL time in a row y’all have missed items from my order drive thru, online & in person all out of pure laziness!! I have walked in to get my order that was place to be picked up at a set time only to get there & wait for them to make the food because sitting around complaining about the company & how they feel about each other was more important than keeping customers happy to keep their jobs & not have another Arby’s closed! I am absolutely disgusted at how it has become “OK” to treat people this way but expect to have customers not get pissed! Read moreThe server / order taker was the best part of my visit. Came in around 2. Ordered Gyro. There was not one clean table in the place. I am sure they just finished their lunch run, but the tables were covered in used cups and napkins. I know that is a guest responsibly to clear the table but when I mentioned it to the young man that took my order, he came out immediately and cleaned tables. There were other ladies working but he is the one that did all of the work.
Food was mediocre. The gyro had 1 piece of lettuce, a squishy sliver of tomato, a squirt of whatever sauce and very little meat. This is not what I expected from an Arby's.
It was also disappointing that there were no low calorie options like salad in the menu. I remember there used to be.
Upon leaving I went to the restroom to wash and it was very much in need of attention. Just nasty.

I live in the area and I want every business to succeed but I’ve never hoped so much that a single location would close and fire everyone that works there to make way for something better so badly. I’ve never been able to get through this drive thru in less than 10 minutes… ever… even if I was the only person in the drive thru. Not only that, but you’ll sit at the menu for another 5 minutes before someone decides to jump up and ask you what you want to order. Partner that with a 50% probability that it’ll be wrong and being closed during “operating hours” and you get the Benbrook Arby’s. It’s also oddly common how many times they say they can’t take card at the drive thru and are cash only.
