I have done business here for many years however this evening was not acceptable. Called in order like many times before arrived and went in drive through. Let them know was there for pickup was told to pull around to window. There was one vehicle in front of me I sat behind them while they was at window for 34 minutes. Totally unacceptable!!!!!! There was people behind me as well that Iām sure was just as concerned as I was as to what the heck! When got to window finally the girl did not have correct order so now what.... well here comes Diashia or something close to that and was very rude after I ask what seems to be the issue. She explained that āeveryoneā was waiting on tenders?? EVERYONE!!! One vehicle in front of me for 34 minutes how many tenders did they order 600? Ask that she discount for the wait or get me freshly cooked fish rather that 45 minute old soggy fish she simply denied. I just may take the longer trip to another chicken express Freon now on rather than spend my money here to a owner who hires such people or instructs them in...

The main issues: -Restaurant was dirty from the interior (especially the tables, floors, and trash cans) to the exterior -Employees were not friendly, bordering on hostile -Employees were hardly working, just wrapped up in chit chat when clearly there are a million things to do -Did not receive any napkins or see any napkin dispensers on tables or elsewhere -Gravy was congealed and looked nasty -Several of the tenders were shriveled and barely more than a single bite worth of food -Management is non existent, and not deserving of your support or hard earned money
Went in with high expectations and left grossed out, disappointed, and hungry! Definitely will not be returning to this location ever again but also now Iām hesitant to go to any other Chicken E location in the future based on this...

Got my order all was good! Made it home pulled everything out so my 10 month old and I could eat only to discover my whole order was wrong. Neither of my meals had both sides I didnāt have my extra roll. So I packed my baby back up and went up there to get it fixed. Spoke with Asst. manager Jack Jr. first off literary no customer service. He never apologized for things being wrong, he just stood there looking at it like it was going to fix itself. Finally started to get it fixed that took almost 20 minutes. Finally get it make it back home. Go to pull it all back out again and wouldnāt you know Iām still missing items! Like REALLY!?!?!
