I have to share this. On Tues, April 29th, whilst taking my granddaughter to see her "grammie", I stopped off at the Whataburger Benbrook location to place an order for take-away. Since I have a disdain for drive-thru's, I went inside. My granddaughter placed her order, then I did mine. They got her order right ... mine not so much. Not even close. It was just for 3 burgers, no combo. The error was not discovered of course til I got home. I returned later that evening & spoke to Sandy, the manageress on duty. She promptly took my receipt, jotted down some notes on it, dated & initialled it. Told me to return with it and show it to whoever was the manager/manageress on duty. Well, that was today, Friday, May 2nd. Andrea was the manageress on duty. I presented the ticket, explained what had happened, & straightway she went to work on it. With the newly remade order, I checked it for accuracy, & it had to be remade yet again. In all of this, we both stayed calm. Being retired, I was in no hurry ... and my last job, though in HVAC warehousing, I learnt a great deal about customer service, and how patience, with some good humour, actually pays off. Today was no different. Andrea did what a great manageress should do ... she made it right! Kudos to Sandy for listening to me and working with me to ensure that the situation would be reconciled. Kudos to Andrea for making it right. I think they both deserve a pay rise ... especially Andrea. Whilst waiting on my remade order, some lady walked in & just gave her a right good tongue thrashing. What a day, right?? As I left, I shook hands with Andrea, vowing I would let her boss know how much I appreciated her hard work in correcting a simple error. So Kristina Lippencott, if you see this ... well, now you know! If I ever need another burger done quickly, I can always stop at Whataburger, because afterall ... errors aside ... they really do make some awesome burgers! Will definitely...

My fiancé and I come to this whataburger a few times a month (it’s usually the only place open when he and I get off work). 95% of the time, our order is always wrong! Which we forgive, but this was unfortunately the last straw.
Today, he and I went through the drive thru and was surprised to hear that our usual 20 dollar meal was 30. When we got to the window, they completely messed our order up (added full meals even though they were never mentioned). The manager was nice enough to remove the extra meals, but never fixed anything else. We ordered 2 sweet & spicy bacon burgers with grilled jalapeños added, one large onion ring, one medium fry, one large coke, and one medium Dr Pepper. —— this is by far not what we ended up getting. We ended up getting 2 burgers (with NO jalapeños added - they charge for those to be added, so we just lost money), two large onion rings and two large cokes. We were easy to forgive the mistake AGAIN, but the sauce frustrated me to the point of madness. The lady at the window asked if we wanted any ketchup, which we said yes... she dropped one in the bag. Just ONE. For two large meals? Really? Two different meals... two different people... just ONE ketchup. Do you see the problem with that?

Read moreThis whataburger leaves alot to be desired, many times the food is served cold and/or wrong. When you go in to get your correct order after an order that is not yours being handed to you in the drive thru when going inside the staff proceeds to dismiss you. they then proceed to assault you after another customer decides your dealings between you and the staff is his business and gets in your face about it. one of their staff members proceeded to place his hands on me and try to punch me several times, i was able to defend and get him off me. they had issues taking the order had to repeat it 5x at the drive thru window then was handed like 6 potato taquitos which we ordered none of, we ordered 2 biscuit sandwiches, 2 bacon B.O.B.s and this was not the first time they got my order wrong, almost every time i have been in since they moved from near 377 and 820 to further south on 377 their service and food quality has been horrible, i was upset as this time the order was completely wrong, they usually will forget to add cheese or make the biscuit jalapeno cheddar and i brush that off but was tired of it and got upset with them, then they assaulted me and gave me the incorrect amount of money back. their management is so incompetent they cannot hire competent staff that can even press buttons on a register nor listen correctly long enough to get your order right whatsoever.
