So disappointed twice in one week. Last week, I was charged for super tacos because I swapped my beef out for beans and according to the guy at the drive thru he "is the manager". Tonight, I asked to swap out the beans again and was told the manager doesn't allow that. He was rude, matter of fact and not willing to help. I decided to call and ask for the manager. She said "I told him no to that because I thought you wanted beans on your salad and we can't do that". I let her know that her reason is ridiculous because there is no reason why they couldn't have put beans on someone's salad either. She (Rosie, the manager) added that she is "sorry and can't do nothing to help it. What!! She can't do Personally, this seems more like laziness than a misunderstanding. I do understand that the computer may not have a button to push for this and they might have to give oral instructions (like they have in the past) but to choose not to do it....that is lazy and unacceptable. But the order taker greeted me with a smile, repeated my order, and even counted back the change — a nice touch you don’t always get. At the next window, an older gentleman (a Spanish speaker) handed me my order. He made a great effort to communicate in English and was just as friendly.
Now, I was starving — no way I was waiting until I got home. I parked, opened that container, and the smell hit me... mouthwatering. The Super Tostada was perfectly made, fresh, and just begging for a taste.
