The place has been a staple for us for years and things are consistent. You will be recieved by very preoccupied staff. When you see the large assortment of offerings; do get past the frosty and preoccupied staff, try the espresso or a capachino and add some fresh baked sweets or a savory sandwich. The 1 stars are for still in 2021 accepting local checks and cash only and treating your patrons according to their ethnic identity. Perhaps there remains some unconscious bias towards members of the community who in appearance may not seem to be "local". Our experience was further validated when a local walked in and not only were they warmly greeted and offered options; they got good service. For us; it was a hand gesture to the ATM, followed by a cold cafeteria lady response to orders followed by the staff saying " we charge 25 cents for cup of water" and then just place the orders on the counter. I wonder if the Starbucks staff could give a diversity, inclusion and customer service training to this business. We will not be giving our business to this...

Been here a handful of times and never really got a warm feeling. I've seen the warmth in the place. I'm a small business owner and when a new client/customer comes in I definitely greet them. All times there was no greeting, but today was a bit different. I get it might be busy. But, it wasn't busy enough not to take my order when I was the only one in line and I had been patiently waiting and looking at the young lady and the barista as he was working. She walked back and forth past me with no greeting and then proceeded to the back. He still hadn't greeted me or said anything of the sort like we will get you soon. I walked out ....

Came to order a cafe mocha on a Saturday morning. The coffee was okay. Atmosphere gave out that welcoming and cozy feel with warm lighting and just the right volume of background music with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. In terms of seating , there were a mix of tables for 6 and 4 for group settings and window seating for individual and work setting with charging ports. Cleanliness-wise, the friendly staff were ever vigilant to keep the tables and it’s surroundings in order. If you are intending to try it out, bring cash or you can use the ATM located inside.
