Honestly, I was ready to rate it a 1 star but took a minute to think about the overall experience. Yes we had a reservation (there were 5 of us) and there was only 1 other table sat when we got sat (2 people). It took 35 minutes to get our drink order, and that was after we went back up front to ask if they'd forgotten us. Shortly after that our waiter finally made it over and explained to us that he was the only waiter tonight and they were short 2 people in the kitchen. I bumped it up to 4 stars because of his great attitude and personality. The girl helping him out was also very nice and tried her best to be helpful. This place has been a favorite for my son and I for the past year. However two times now the food and service have not been great. Both times we had to ask after 30 minutes for our drinks. My food came to the table with the chicken cold. When I told the sever he argued with me saying “how can it be cold”. Instead of saying let me fix this for you. Mind you he wasn’t even our server. We had to track him down because our server never checked on us. We are so sad but will not be back. Twice now and nothing done to make it right. Get some decent help in there!! I did a blanket search for food in my area because I was super hungry and I was driving so I was unable to look at menu or delve too deeply into researching places. Siri recommended Palermos so I had trusty Siri give them a call.

The gentleman who answered my call was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the food menu. He described, with particularity, the 2 vegetarian options available. I decided to try the linguine with tomatoes, spinach and garlic. I was not disappointed. I would have taken a picture, but I devoured it so fast there wasn’t enough time to do so.
