This is by far the WORST Starbucks around. I literally live 1 minute away and now I refuse to come here ever again. The last 4 times I have came my "venti" cold brew was half full!! They never don't put in what I ask. On top of my coffee being Short and incorrect I have had to go in the last 3 times I've Ordered to have them fix it. They always seem put out and like they hate thier job. When I went in the second time today because it was done wrong TWICE.. The girls walking out said "don't have the guy make it. He does a bad job and is rude af" He is definitely one of the biggest problems there. Everytime I have had an issue lately He has been making drinks. He hates his job and it is obvious! He always wears a grey beanie and works morning shift. I have started going to the Starbucks Lincoln rd. I only go to the one by my house when I'm short on time. Like this morning. Lincoln Rd staff is so much more polite and makes getting your coffee in the morning a pleasant experience. All the staff are amazing there. Read moreThis location is OK. It's the closet to my home, so I occasionally go there. They just don't have the kind of customer service you expect at a usual Starbucks! I think it may be the manager/district manager that is not enforcing the Starbuck company policies. They rarely greet you as you enter the building. (standard at most SB locations!) The employees don't always comply with company standards as far as the uniform, hair up and out of the way, no nail polish, etc. It seems as if most baristas there have NOT been fully trained up to corporate standards. Mistakes are frequent, any order out of the ordinary seems way too complicated. Even getting a simple pour over is totally discouraged. I will give credit to one employee I've seen there on occasion. She's a more mature, blond haired lady, fairly small in stature. This morning I'm in the drive thru line that is already tight to maneuver, when a Starbucks employee pops up right in front of my car as I am about to proceed to the window... she was picking up trash and by the grace of God I did not run her over. I checked on her and said "hay, I didn't see you there, what are you doing popping up like that"... she snapped back by saying "you saw me".. and I replied, "no I honestly did not, I was looking down and you never made eye contact with me"...
