Iād like to start with the fact that Iām not usually the one to leave a bad review because I understand bad days and that we all make mistakes. I came to this location on 9/2 and ordered 3 drinks. I normally order through my app if itās not an in store location but today I had cash. When placing my order I was very specific and even offered and showed the cashier my exact order on the app. He seemed to be in a rush and VERY uninterested and impatient with taking my order (I assume they just finished a morning rush.) EVERY SINGLE DRINK came out wrong or horrible. I had felt so bad for the complicated order I even put some extra cash in the tip jar and apologized and thanked the cashier. He even asked my name misheard it for Aubrey and I said oh haha no sorry it Autumn š He ended up just putting an A (not a huge deal.). My drink was remade twice (I ask for my grande order in an venti cup because I like a little extra oat milk and I hate when all the cold foam is stuck on the lid instead of my coffee š Not because I think Iām getting more coffee.) and as we waited for my daughters for a while we noticed a small drink and sure enough it was hersā¦. In a hot cup. We had asked for it on ice with whip (a kids vanilla crĆØme.) this experience was horrible and I just dont understand. I work at a restaurant with an amazing coffee bar and still chose to spend my money at Starbucks (as I normally did prior to starting my new job.) I would never treat a customer this way or mind a āannoyingā picky eater. I have been overcharged in the past, their drinks are not quite what they are at other locations, and today I ordered a mocha that did not taste like mocha. It tasted like straight coffee. When I'm paying $6 for a beverage, I expect it to be right. When I called the manager, I told her this isn't the first time I have had a f'd up order, she told me to quit cussing and yelling at her. I absolutely was not yelling, and using a cuss word does not constitute as cussing at her - I was cussing about the situation because I was frustrated. She should not be a manager if she cannot handle a word that is used in most people's everyday vernacular. Either way, giving someone another cup of messed up coffee does NOT remedy the situation. These people clearly need training in how to make beverages and customer service. I messaged corporate with just as much assistance as I received from the manager. I guess I just won't have any more Starbucks Coffee. It's a shame because this location just opened up, and they have destroyed the reputation of a company I have been patronizing longer than the manager has been...

My nitro cold brew didnāt have any sweet cream in it - which is no big deal, things happen. The main barista (donāt want to throw her name in) simply grabbed the nitro & dumped a little out, then added a little added sweet cream.
Cassidy told her she wanted to make the drink fresh for me. The main barista said āitās under 10 minutesā¦. Sheās fine.ā Cassidy grabbed the cup and said she wouldnāt accept that & made me a fresh, delicious one! I just observed this whole conversation.
