Zesto Ice Cream & Grill — Restaurant in Nebraska

Came in to pick up a doordash, A worker comes up and says can you contact the customer cause they want extra toppings and we dont know what that means, i told them i cannot contact the customer (different registerd phone # in app)

I told her if it says extra toppings just give em the veggies, whatevers free, they said ok and went in back, then!...... 🤣

The lady in the pics comes storming out to tell me she also does doordash and knows that i need to contact the customer and ask what extras they want, i said i cannot, just give them whatever so i can go, she said your not gonna be raising your voice in my store 🤣 fr? 🙄

I said Lady, can i have the order, she said no, were not making it, get out of my store im calling the owner and the police, you arent getting anything!!! 🫣 wowzahhhh

I proceeded to walk out slowly on the phone with customer service to cancel the order so i get my half pay and she followed me recording yelling GET OUT! NOWWW! LEAVE, I was outside on the sidewalk at this point and she continued to chase me down hot on my heels and tell me gtfoh!!!, yes she said FCK outta here, Aggressively....

i then turned around and told her you better not touch me, i have to stay in the gps area or i will not get paid, they will say i left, im in the parking lot for multiple buisnesses, not just them at this point

While im in the lot in my car, 50 yards away from the store on the phone with customer service the police show up...

I waved so they knew i hadnt run away after she said she was calling them, I had a good laugh with the officer he said yeah, idk whats up, just dont come back for today and he left, cmon lady what did you think was gonna happen???

All i tried to do was pick up the food, look at her aggression on surveillance cam and in my pic, if your her manager or the owner, watch body language if you watch cameras and ignore her poor me story, CALMMMM DOWNNNN lady 🤣

Im the oldest of 8, mostly girls, i dont get mad like that, but her pushing towards me was getting to me, i just wanted the food, hold the games Bertha 🤷‍♂️

Got my pay, left and I wont be back, im not interested in the arguments or the games, i just wanted to do my job and be paid.

Im the driver, i shouldn't need to take the order, console, help or contact anyone, thats between you and the platform, i cant wait til machines take over front counter fully everywhere, no more attitudes 👍

If you've ever eaten Zestos, you know how bad the food is anyways, cheap frozen burges taste bad, the ice cream is good and cheap enough, ill keep it real, but this location is terrible, they short the cones, N30th is where its at, they stack cones high 😋

On 7/30/24, I came into Zesto’s in Irvington. It was three employees working. They waited on the two customers ahead of me. Then when he came to me, they walked away. One was saying something to the other one, and they both turned around and looked at me. Finally, the girl that was working drive-through came over and asked me if she could take my order and I told her that I thought I would have to go through drive-through to get what I needed. I had some fries with my order. The one that was saying something to the other employee came out of the kitchen and just dropped the bag on the counter and walked back into the kitchen, so I asked one of the girls if I could talk to the manager and the girl that dropped the fries on the counter came out And I said may I speak to the manager and she said I’m the manager and I was surprised. I said you’re very rude. I said normally when you bring a customers food out you say here you go or your order is ready and she says not when I’m busy. Are you serious? And this is who you have representing your business. There was no cars in the drive-through nor was there no one there in the lobby but me. Everyone else had been waited on. She’s was a bi-racial girl thats a senior at Westview. Very rude customer service. I just found out from one of the poor example of a manager classmates that she was suppose to have been my granddaughter’s mentor at Westview, which she did a poor job at not even speaking or being in any way a mentor at all, so because of her personal feelings towards my granddaughter was probably the reason for our poor customer service convincing the other employees to mistreat us as well. She WILL be removed from being anything to do with my granddaughter next year because she is not a good example or roll model I would want teaching my granddaughter anything. I appreciate your response and her actions nor attitude will detour me from coming...

Food - was pretty good, mozzarella sticks and pickle fries are a must try and are some of my faves, the food is very expensive though, mozzarella sticks were almost $7 for 5 mozzarella sticks...even though they said it was 6 mozzarella sticks

Service - Very very slow, it appeared as though only two people were working in the entire shop, and the man who took my order was mumbling quietly and I had to ask him to repeat himself over 3 times for everything he said, and no it wasn't just me all the others who went up to the counter also had that experience, and one of the most frustrating things (even though it's not a big deal) was all the sauces were in the kitchen area, so you had to ask no big deal right? Wrong I waited at the counter for 10 minutes and no one came out of the kitchen I asked a couple times if anyone was there, I even walked away and came back to see if they had cameras but nada, and then when the man finally came out he immediately went to the drive thru ignoring me and the other people in line, and altogether they were quite rude and when asked questions would give snippy remarks, they seemed like they would rather be doing literally ANYTHING else but helping people at their job.

Atmosphere - like any other fast food place, has kind of a local restaurant vibe though, quite nice despite...
