I'm just a home user. I needed a new desktop primarily to watch Netflix, upload/download files and surf. I didn't want to spend an exorbitant amount so I figured refurbished was the way to go. These guys normally work with businesses but gladly set me up with everything I needed, upgraded my storage and had monitors galore for me to choose from. I got out for under $600 with all the computer I'm gonna need at home for the next decade but when I need to upgrade I'm going back to 2nd-Byte. They were super friendly and accommodating. Even though they dont normally sell a lot to individuals they said they're more than happy to so individual home...

We have utilized the 2nd Byte team a number of times in recent years and always received great service. The equipment we've bought (laptops, monitors and desktops) is priced very reasonably and has shown to work well time and time again. Highly recommend considering the gently used equipment from 2nd Byte before...

I dont know if they're out of business or what the deal was, but I'm from out of state for work and travelled 30 mins to get there at 4:15pm and no one was there and no answer on the listed...
