I was thoroughly impressed by the freshness and quality of the food. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and modern. The menu had a wonderful variety of dishes, but I couldn’t resist trying the Cavettli Pasta, it's one of my favorites!

I decided to switch things up a bit and chose the red sauce instead of the traditional white. The red sauce was vibrant, full of flavors that complemented the pasta perfectly. The Cavettli itself was cooked to perfection. All the pasta here is fresh! You could tell that the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the balance of flavors was spot on.

The chicken cutlet was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. It added a nice savory element to the dish that complemented the brightness of the red sauce. The cutlet was seasoned just right, and the breading was light and crispy, not greasy at all.

Go here. You walk in to get your food and the gentleman (I think the owner?) hands it off to you with a sly smile like he knows something you don't. That's because he does. He knows that this about to be the only breakfast burrito you're gonna wanna pick up for the rest of time. He knows that this breakfast burrito is going to make you weep and wonder aloud what other lies you've been living. This breakfast burrito is going to make you question whether or not a turkey dinner is actually the best use for turkey, and Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I'm writing this review not even having had the things they tout as "the best" because frankly, I don't know if I'll have a reason to keep living after I do. They could sell crack that was less addicting than the short rib taco, and frankly, my wasitline would be thankful for it. Their hours are the worst thing about them, like how dare you raise a family? But also, do you need another kid? Does a shift meal come with that position?...

They are known for their cheese wheel pasta that is available on certain days, call ahead to find out what they are.

If you want fresh pasta made to order that's affordable, I'd recommend coming here. The bonus is they have fancy desserts more commonly found in a patisserie.

The pasta I recommend is from the build your own, with the white sauce and the rib meat. It's a very filling meal. I could not finish mine when I went. They are known for their chicken parmigiana which is huge. They flatten the chicken, so for me it's a bit dry, but many of my friends choose that as their go to. It is very nice and crisp. I recommend doing that with their pesto pasta on the side.

For desserts the peanut butter chocolate square with hazelnut was divine.
