I ordered a pizza, cheese fries and jalapeño poppers from the slice app. When I picked them up and got them home, the jalapeño poppers were undercooked, mushy and fell apart when I picked them up. I contacted the slice app who state the restaurant would not refund me, only deliver a new order of poppers (I live right around the corner and they said 20 minutes.) I figured they would take the time to ensure they were cooked through. Received another order and they were even more underdone than the first and half of them felt cold and a completely different mushy white texture over at least half of them. I called the restaurant and while the girl I spoke with was very apologetic, she placed blame on the brand of poppers they were using. First, it doesn’t matter what brand you use when they’re undercooked, they’re all inedible that way. Second, if you know they’re not good, why are you keeping them on the menu? She offered to put a credit on my account, but honestly, this place has taken a nose-dive. It was completely dead when I went to pick up my food and they still couldn’t manage to make a new order of poppers even half as well as the first terrible batch. It’s just not as good as it used to be and instead of making your patrons pay for the poor management and oversight of food preparation, don’t sell items you know aren’t good. Read moreWe ordered two pizzas a few weeks ago and they barely had any sauce. They were dry and inedible. We called and were told that they were reward winning pizza and they didn't understand why we were unhappy. We again stated the reason (and we order from here all the time and it's not always like this) and she then said she would give us refund. We were told to call the location and they would set up a day to get a refund. We again called on another day and were then told we couldn't get a refund at that time but she will call us back. She never called us back and we have since called again about it. I have a feeling this is because we are an interracial couple and this business is not supportive of that. I have seen other people have an issue and it is resolved right away but yet we are still getting the run around. Even most of the reviews on here they don't address the issue just say "oops sorry give us another chance". We either want two fresh pizzas made right or we want our money back ..that simple. We aren't appreciative of being lied to. I will write a new review once this gets resolved and update...

The food itself was underwhelming. Some of the wings still had feathers. That's not some sort of analogy for being undercooked, they just had feathers. I saw the same thing in Florida a few years ago. It was a distribution problem with a supplier, but a quality control issue with local restaurants. So, I feel reasonable in assuming this was a quality control issue. The sauce and way they were cooked wasn't great, either. Hard to describe, but something was off.
Pizza could be subjective, but cold ranch dressing on the top isn't the right way to handle bacon ranch pizza, for me. I don't usually get dessert, but the options are pretty limited anyway. I kind of thought/hoped ricotta donuts would be good donuts filled with a cannoli style ricotta filling, but they were basically sour cream donuts tossed in a bag of sugar... like, table sugar... which I personally feel is also the wrong choice for this treat.
