Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. For a small store with a singular toilet, you’d think it wouldn’t be hard to keep it clean right? Wrong. I walk in and the toilet seat was left up, so I grabbed toilet paper to use to put it back down for myself, and glad I did. The seat was covered whole length with both dry and still wet urine. And the toilet cover dispenser was either broken or empty. There was also only what I can assume to be urine all around the toilet because my feet were sticking to the floor. I refused to even use the restroom. I was going to say something to the employee at the register who looked very busy putting away truck totes when I saw one female employee who went in to use it. I stood by the door so I could ask if there was someone who could possibly clean it, but when she came out, she put her head down and speed walked away from me and into the back And didn’t even hear me calling out “excuse me miss”. I go back in the bathroom and it was still a mess. So I just decided to leave after getting my food I had already paid for. This store can definitely do better. And I wish I could say I’ve seen worse Wawas where I’m from but even the store in my hometown that has homeless and drug users in and out all day has never been that dirty and I worked there for 3 years...

Mike from Wawa 00165 is always so incredibly thoughtful, welcoming, and energetic when I go to this Wawa. He is the essence of what a friendly neighborhood Wawa stands for. I've had more than 5 interactions with him and on Monday, 2/28/22, I finally had to give him his praise to his supervisor. On this particular night, I came in after a long day at work, with Wawa cravings. The bakery order screen deemed "warmed cookies" were sold out. I asked Mike, who was a cashier if any had recently come in; I saw they were sold out near the register as well. Mike, above and beyond, triple checked in the bakery, and found one last cookie. He made my week! This was one of many instances of Mike's help. I take time out of my day to write: Please give Mike the significant and well-deserved promotion for his exceptional customer service, accuracy, and drive to always go the extra mile!
