While up to this point, I was happy with the fabrics I received from Wazoodle, I have found that the customer service of Wazoodle is sub-par when I have needed assitance. I have now had my second poor experience with customer service and will no longer be shopping with Wazoodle. My first experience involved being sent the incorrect fabric color than I had ordered. I asked to send the fabric back for the correct one and was asked if I could just keep it "at a discount" and they would send me the correct one. The discount was applied onto my account and the new fabric was sent (after paying full price to purchase it). The problem was, I was never able to actually apply the discount and when I reached out the company for assistance, I was told that I should try again and that was the extent of their attempt to help me. I tried multiple time and never was able to use it or get assistance from the company so I never actually received the discount and ended up paying full price for both fabrics, even though the mistake was theirs when sending the incorrect fabric in the first place. My second experience was recently. I purchased a fabric that I have been buying from Wazoodle for 4-5 years, because I was running out of this fabric for my business. So I waited patiently for the website to reopen for retail and purchased the fabric which appeared through the photos and what I saw on the website, to be the same fabric I have always purchased. What I received was NOT the fabric I have been purchasing. It has completely changed and is no longer anything like the fabric I was using. I cannot use this fabric, it will not work for what I need. I reached out the company was told they changed the fabric and this was what they were selling now and said "maybe it will be a little bit different after washing?" which doesn't really help because I knew I couldn't wash the fabric and then return it. After thinking it over and contemplating my options, I just don't have a use for this fabric and can't justify being out over $60 of my business income for something that I can't use. When I reached out again to request to return it, I was told they aren't accepting returns due to Covid-19. That's understandable, however I wasn't given any other resolution or offer to make it right. I am now out over $60 of my family's income from my small home-based business for a fabric I have absolutely no use for. I could have shrugged it off this time, but after a previous poor experience and lack of proper resolution from the company in the past, I will take my business elsewhere. Pros are that they run occasional sales to help with costs and their materials are quality and trustworthy. Cons have been varying ship times ( I've asked in the notes for an order to be rushed and waited a week (7 business days) for it to even show tracking movement then other times it shipped the next day. Shipping is expensive. I own a business and ship daily and shipping with Wazoodle is just steep. When you pay priority pricing, you want it to ship at least within 3 business days. The site is very laggy and slow. I cannot make an order on my phone because it cannot complete the check out process without timing out. Lastly, their reward system is just strange. It doesn't apply to you unless you buy very large amounts (like wholesale amounts) and then they reset fairly quickly before you can use them.
The cons are all issues that can be easily fixed and I am sure as their company grows and learns, some of them will be rectified. I hope at least.

Read moreI am truly impressed with the quality and variety of Wazoodle's fabrics and their outstanding customer service. I love how much care they put into ensuring the safety of their fabrics (like making them free of phthalates, PFAS & PFOA, or other harmful chemicals), how large and unusual the selection is, and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff is. I also really appreciate how affordable these fabrics are, especially the organic cotton fabrics. While it would be nice to see more color choices, it's great that the most important choice - not dyed or bleached - is always available. I once had a problem with an order and asked their customer service for help, and I really expected they would just cancel the order instead of coming up with a creative solution, but I was wrong - they went out of their way to help me out and showed that they really care.
