I was going to make a wedding cake for my sister's wedding, and was excited to find a Bakery Craft kit on the Oasis website at a fairly reasonable price. I placed the order on October 1, 2013 (the wedding was the 19th) using their Amazon ordering feature. I was guaranteed arrival by the 10th.
As a calmly waited, days went by and I never received an email saying it shipped. I called them 3 times, leaving messages - I also sent two emails (over the span of a week)....nothing. No call back, no response. So I called a fourth time leaving a message with my order number and that I wanted it canceled immediately. Since I had already been charged, I had to call my credit card company to dispute the payment. On December 15th, I placed an order with a different online company and continued on my way. In the mean time, my credit card company said the original payment to Oasis was never "collected" so I was not charged.
On October 16th, I received an email from Oasis saying my order was ready to be picked up by UPS. I called immediately (twice) and finally managed to get a hold of someone. The woman started out rude saying she never had any messages or emails. Then, she could not find my order (even after I gave her the order number and date), then she said she would have to call me back while she tried to "find" it. I told her I did not want the package going out since I had canceled it. She then proceeded to say, "Didn't someone call you to tell you it would be delayed?" No, no they did not. "Oh, they should have called you." Well they didn't. "Well let me try to find the package and I will call you back." Did I get a call back? No I did not...
The next day I get an email saying my order had shipped and I was charged AGAIN. I called and spoke to the same woman who said she would send me a return address label and refund my purchase and shipping that day. I said thank you, and continued on my way...
Three days later - nothing. So I called again. She confirmed that a refund had been issued and I should get the label shortly. My refund would depend on how fast my card company processed it.
Another few days, still nothing. So I called AGAIN. Got a different woman (very rude) who said she would have to transfer me to the shipping department. I then got a hold of a young man named Nic, who seemed very nice and immediately sent me a return label and a confirmation email (which I actually received). He then said he would issue me a refund. I thanked him and then proceeded to wait three weeks for a refund. I emailed him asking him to follow-up and never got a response (not surprising). I called my credit card company who said they could not see anything processing and I had to dispute it again. I got my refund from my credit card company, and I never heard from Oasis again.
They will NEVER get my business again, and I fully intent to report them to the BBB as a scam. Not once did I get an apology either. A month of my life wasted, so please save yourself...

Their prices look great, but they wanted a lot of money for shipping, so I decided to drive up on a weekend to their shop to look over their products. We called before we drove up, but only got a message. I figured they were busy and couldn't get to the phone. The website said they were open until 4 pm and my wife and I arrived around two. THEY WERE CLOSED!!! An 80 mile round trip wasted! The gas cost more than the shipping and I could've easily purchased the topper from a competitor on Amazon for the same price I wasted on gas. We called every number they advertised to no avail. None of the messages were returned. So they lost a significant sale and ruined our surprise for the bridal couple. I an so incensed by this whole ordeal that I will NEVER purchase from them and wish them the worst! If they haven't gone out of business yet, I hope they do. I ordered something on October 1st, the website said it would be shipped between the 7th and the 10th.. today is the 21st and still no sign of my order. Ive called the company twice.. the first time, they tell me that it was "lost in the mail" but they will send out a new one.. the second time i call, the woman tells me she will call me back.. and never does. Ive had problems from this company before. I ordered some spatulas and i ordered the wrong size (my fault).. i called to see if i could send them back for a refund and they said sure. I sent them back and never received a refund.. i called days straight.. relentlessly trying to get my refund and i finally got it about a month after i returned the spatulas. What kind of business is this? I will absolutely never use them again.
UPDATE- one month after i placed my order, i finally received my items only to find that they sent some of the wrong tips. i'm beyond done with...
