On May 13 I placed a $45 dollar order and i watched it progress through Pizza tracker (love It). When it said order delivered I checked my porch no food, so i called to advice the store I had not received the food and was lied to. I was told the tracker was acting up and my order had not left the store. I waited outside only to the the delivery car ride by my house so i went to the road to flag them but instead saw them pick up food off the wrong porch and they brought it to me. I was like like didn't you guys just get that off that porch from outside? The girl passenger said I just dropped it there I promise I have to get a better gps. I took the food TRUSTING what she said. I ate one piece of pizza and ate a hair that was the final straw. I returned the food and told them I wanted a refund. The manager that came got the pizza ASSURED me he would refund the order and offered a credit to keep me as a customer for the amount of the purchase hesitantly I accepted the credit offered although I didn't plan to use it. About a week later I was like I love Dominoes so I placed an order an attempted to use the credit offered me only to be told the GM had overridden the initial credit and they could deduct $20 dollars. I was offended and surprised at the customer service. I refused the credit at that point and paid full price for my food another $43 this delivery went smooth only to find the treatment i had been subjected to caused me to look at the food with disgust. I am no longer a fan. What happened to the Pizza Insurance I seen on television? Is it color specific? Because to this day No REFUND, No Apologizes, No Credit... I was treated like i don't matter and when I call i can hear the staff laugh about the issue. I have been in management and they all need to be re-trained or fired in my opinion I HATE DOMINOES...

This by far is the absolute worst experience I've ever had ordering something. I ordered it at 5:57 PM, did not get a phone call about anything till after 615 to around 630 that they were out of bacon, which is no biggie. Then I was told after almost another hour waiting that the lady would arrive in my driveway within the next few seconds of me being on the phone with them. Well that's not how it went. 10 minutes later, I got my car started to go towards dominoes and right before I pulled in I saw her leave as she was going towards my house, I only live a few minutes away from here, so I do not know why people feel the need to lie about where someone is or why they need to lie. About what time they are going to arrive. I'm not upset that the food took a while to get here, I'm upset the fact that I was like to, not to mention I was called from a Raleigh number which appear to be a cell phone number, when they got close to approaching the second hour of me not receiving my food that I ordered, I called the number back only to be hung up on. Then call the store five or six times with no answer just constant ringing. Then My food arrives and it's almost cold. BEWARE...
Read moreThey burned my Parmesan bites after I already paid for my order after waiting 30 mins for my order and had to make new ones and the 4 guys in there working were all standing around just talking and eating pizza out of the hot window all while there were only 4 orders on their screen and they couldn’t manage to get anything right. I will be getting my pizza from Pizza Hut around the corner from now on!!!
Update to review. I went in there tonight to pick up my online order after it said it was ready they informed me that is would be up in one or two minutes collected my payment. I sat there for 20 mins while the 5 employees figured out what they messed up asp I told them I wanted my money back. All of the employees stood there like they did not understand what I was saying. Then they finally refunded the money however my wife called up there and the manager was very rude.
